I found quite a few redstone errors such as the ice golf didnt have all the wires connected, and at the end I think you were supposed to get levers not buttons. Also I only got one button. (I got loads of diamonds and emeralds from the supply hunt though!) Did the map download right?

But I loved the use of command blocks, AND gates, pistons and puzzles!
I know it's not finished but have you considered adding challenge to the piston challenge?
Keep up the good work. ;)

It looks good! Shows alot of potential too.
If you ever wanted help I might be free! (I'm a not not bad at redstone!)
Have you considered putting a timer in with command blocks?
If you do it in the time limit you pass! If not you must try again!

I am a great portal lover myself and am always looking for a new way to play portal.
Are you going to have a new page for the finished product or will this page be updated ( or should i read the whole post again )?
    Keep up the good work!

Dude this is great but, at least make an option for 128 resolution. Honestly I've seen TONS of high res packs and the difference between 256 and 128 is there, buts its almost invisible. So maybe once your done with the pack, scale it down and make an optional download.

    Good stuff btw !

Great idea! it will mean the pack may take slightly longer but not too much longer (once i have the textures i just have to scale it down)
Also i have no idea how to make download links so if you know a good video about making a kick-ass page then give me a shout :D
But, yes i think there'll be a 256x, 128x and 64x. Probably not 32 but ill think about it.

stupid windows 8 apostrophe mechanic >:(

Thanks to everyone for the support and help I've gotten!(it's not much, but it means alot).
Things have been going a little slower lately and i don't think these'll be done in a while.
    But thanks anyway! :D

Oh, don't forget to do the axe and the saw on the crafting table!

Yeah I was just about to get on to that....

Great job so far. I like the smoothness of the textures. Problem is, I can't run it... :(
Yeah, I do realise that the only people who can run it would probably have alot better texture packs than this, but yeah, but anyone who can run it and wants to run it are welcome
I know dcgamer, i have the 2 compters: one is a kick-ass gaming computer, and the other the worst netbook you could imagine

    1) I think it would be better if you changed the res to 128x
    2) I still think the borders are a bit too thick

As i said, the x128 res didn't have that smooth look I was going for
and the borders give it a cartoony kind of look and that's also what im going for

    FEEDBACK!
    Quote from infinitkiwi

Wow, this is just great for a first. If you look at some of the texturepacks that people come up with and say 'by the way guyz its mah 1st' and think that just because it's their first, means it's okay to be rubbish. It doesn't.

    Yeah, ill definitely do that!

That's a very interesting concept on a default edit; although x256 might be a bit overkill for an edit like this? Have you considered using 128x instead?
Yes I know x256 is pretty OTT but x128 just didn't have the smoothness i require...
Not to bad for Punching Wood huh?

    THIS IS JUST TRIUMPHANTLY TRIANGULARY!!!

I REALLY like it! Like everyone else said; I normally don't like vanilla edits, but this is just great! Is this your first pack?
Thanks, yes this is my first pack and i'm sorry that I can't do this very quickly but i'm trying (the terrain is REALLY hard)
Thanks for all the support, guys! I can't beleive I actually have some really good feedback.
(And I also can't believe people like Rayvolution commented!)

    Hello, everybody!
I am currently working on a texture pack and it's going pretty well!
I was bored on paint.net one day and decided i'd make a texture pack of a smooth version of default.
and so Simply Smooth was born!
Then I noticed it was looking more triangular than smooth so this was created!
    Anyway here are some screenies!

Sorry about the crud items, i didn't have optifine at the time!

I am a noob at the minecraft forums btw so sorry if this post is of terrible quality!
I am working on this myself and am not copying from anything but the original files.
Although this is will take a loooooong time, I am very excited!
    Please give your thoughts!
