How many hours can you be on in a day: 1-3 hours more on the weekend or holidays

A little about yourself: I'm not very grumpy or just sad in general most of the time and I'm a nice person I won't disobey rules and I'm not really the leader type
Experience with working as a helper: I have been a Mod and been a helper for a bit of the time and It felt good helping with things like hackers and advertisers and other things that people shouldn't do and I'm not any rank on any server right now also The server I was on had a revamp and I was demoted back to default
Experience with working on previous Minecraft Servers: Yes I have been staff on pro central which is what they called it and I have been staff on my own server I use to own
Have you developed your own server in the past? If yes, how well did it function: It didn't function well because I had a friend who i put as staff but he abused so much that he ruined the server and If I don't get accepted on a lot of servers I might consider reopening it with new staff
Do you have experience with programming technologies?: No not much
Why should we pick you: You should pick me because I'm not a staff hunter and I can be better than other staff for example I know what it is like owning a server so I can help out with maintaining the server's upstate and make sure the player base doesn't fall by advertising and I have a YouTube channel so i can record the hackers and if you want to confirm I didn't miss ban a hacker or anyone and I'm a nice person which means I'm friendly, happy and can get along with other people

Must have 2 years of experience in Java.
Must have 2 years of experience in Minecraft plugin development.
Previous Experience: I have owned many different server which I shut down due to the lack of players. I have worked on a server run by JullianAlex which I was promoted to Co-Owner. It has been up for a good year before we closed it but I learned a lot from it. I have also been Moderator on a server run by Kawaii_Bri which also went down for the same reasons.
Role you are applying for: I am applying for Helper.
Why do you want to work for us?: I would like to work for this server because I have a lot of experience and would like to learn more. I love working on factions servers and am great at spotting hackers. If there were an X-Ray hacker, then I would go into spectator mode and put diamonds behind a few stone blocks. If the hacker mines the diamonds then I would have full proof and will report this to the administrators. If there were a PVP hacker, then I would observe their combat and see if they were using any hacks such as Kill-Aura. Again, I would report the player for hacking and use a screen recording software as evidence.
Why would you benefit us?: I think that I would benefit all staff and players on this server with my knowledge, experience, and temper. I am very calm and wouldn't yell at players and false punish.
Are you a mature person: I believe that I am a mature person. I don't spam chats, use caps, or swear consistently. Instead, I would do what I am told and that would be all.
