If you get it right, the iron door will open to the next room. If you get it wrong, you fill have to deal with one of the following:Posted in: News
1. Lava
2. A TNT cannon
3. Arrows
4. Creepers
Now that I see it, with some building skills, Minecraft could have potential for educational use. -

Aug 17, 2011Flameofice posted a message on What's Going On: Lawsuits, Creeper CarsAlso, if what I hear is true, the company the owns Bethesda (Zenimax) also owns Quake. So that means that Bethesda would have the advantage here. But, also note the fact that no money is involved in this challenge. So, with some simple logic, this means that if Bethesda accepts, they truly are serious about this lawsuit. But if they turn it down, that could mean one of two things:Posted in: News
1. Bethesda doesn't know how to play the game, or
2. They're doing it for the money.
But sadly, I doubt Bethesda would accept. If they're suing over one dang word, then they likely are doing it for the money. Accepting wouldn't give them any money if they win. -

From a guy on another thirst thread. Also, another point: "We have hunger, so why not" isn't valid.
Also: "If you don't like it, don't reply"? I could make any suggestion seem good with that. EX: I make a suggestion thread, demanding AK-47's and bazookas. Everyone hates it. However, if I used that line and everyone obeyed, people would only see those that supported it, making it seem like people like it.

You REALLY must be new here if you had no idea what I was getting at.

That was intended for another guy, thanks much.
As for a vanity tier: Gold. If you want to show off your emerald count: Emerald blocks.

Because there's no reason, other than the iron-diamond gap, to implement them.
Even so, consider the game's tech-tree. If you still let iron mine diamond, emerald could be skipped entirely. If you only let emerald mine diamond, then reaching diamond would be pointlessly difficult, since you need something ridiculously rare to obtain something more common.
Also, consider this: If emerald were to fill the iron-diamond gap, then someone could find a village, sell some wheat, and use their emeralds to craft tools and armor. Once again, consider the tech-tree: Allowing such a feature would let the player skip three tool-tiers entirely.
EDIT: Also, another thing I found: Iron picks cost 7-8 emeralds a pop. If emerald tools were between iron and diamond, this would be rendered useless as emerald would be superior as well as cheaper.

I'm confused about you.
Several weeks ago, you ranted about how it was lame to have a new ore that's only used as money.
Now, he removes it and you want it back. Please explain.

From what I've heard, you'll still be able to place the ore block in Creative. Supposedly, he's going to re-implement them when the community can finally appreciate a "good find" type of feature, a sort of thing that you wouldn't actually set out to find but appreciate when you do.
Judging by the community as of now, however, that's likely just wishful thinking on his part. Hopefully, people will learn after this.

BTW has some twisted stuff, but this.......... Dear lord! Those wolves in my dung farm and souls encased in steel ingots have it easy compared to this mod's villagers.
