    nice work on the mod although the recipe i don't really see much sense it it because wooden sticks for a bucket?

    i think it should stick a little true to the original recipe for iron buckets, like the same pattern of bucket and maybe a wood block, or possibly sticks but i mean what you are basically making with the string is a bucket with a handle which if a bucket had a handle id possibly make it like this.

    [] :wood: []

    or possibly an iron ingot where the stick is for like an iron sort of handle, but idk just some thoughts on it.

    i mean why should it bother you, sure it is bothersome but it isn't your problem you DO have to realize that people sign up/get this game daily and there are constantly new members and people that are not as inclined to doing these things as others... that is just life and happens with anything.

    yes i agree that they should read tutorials and FAQ's first but the purpose of a forum is quick communication with others and what is wrong with people reaching out with other people trying to find/get help?

    there is no need to get butthurt!

    If there is any possible way if you have the time do you think you could make obsidian tools/armor/ingot for the obsidian tools mod that would be nice, and i like the style of your texture pack.

    you don't have to make the obnoxious unreal tools the povel or paxel or whatever because i have already requested on the thread to see if he could make one with normal stuff to stay true to original minecraft.

    *edited to also request well ask if you could do chainmail sprites as well for the mod that enables you to make chainmail armor.

    Is there any possibly way to make a version that doesn't include any of the obnoxious tools, id like to have one that stays true to the original minecraft as possible, just normal obsidian tools and armor no added made up tools or anything of the sort.

    yeah it would be totally awesome if you were able to have a hud overlay with some special helmet that outlines various things whether it be mobs and or ore veins...

    like have a mob vision helmet and then the helmet of the ores haha or something i am not in a good creative mind state right now but that would be neat!

    as many have stated everything looks great but i don't think the look of the ores are all that appealing it just looks like they are kind of pasted on it doesn't blend well with the rest of the rock, like it just looks like BAM there is some ores ya know... maybe something subtle and possibly all the ores in a same general look idk.

    just an idea i had i guess i can put it in here instead of making a new thread and maybe it will be picked up or have a following!

    but i think it would be neat to implement this into all the various helmets you wear so that way it would still be sort of realistic hindering some of your fov and people could customize the blur image according to the way the helmets are in the texture pack of there choice... i just think it would be neat to do because some games when a helmet is worn has mods to show the helmet on the screen to make it more realistic.

    yes it is a subtle yet pleasing effect, as seen in the .gif above you can see depth a little more and the shading is better on the blocks, very nice effect and should be this way!

    but as for possibly implementing some sort of bloom or something an idea would possibly look at how light sources are emitted from objects that give off light sun, torch, pumpkin now etc and possibly increase the glow or light source there might be an option or lines of code that deal with it...

    any other effects that would be nice if achievable would be depth of field and possibly hdr haha but probably won't be do-able but who knows!

    any way on how it was implemented and do you think you could possibly find a way to do bloom, or hdr or any other lighting effects?

    it would shut a lot of people up asking for it!

    and that looks like Eld's terrain is it, because id like to use it if you updated it to work with the Halloween update because he hasn't been on and posted any updates lately so idk what is going on with that.

    I do not get why people are questioning the obsidian being stronger than the diamond, imo i think it should be stronger because obsidian may be easier to get but once you have the diamond you have to use it to get the obsidian... and isn't obsidian blocks the strongest blocks in the game?

    it doesn't take anywhere near as long to mine a diamond block than it does an obsidian, so i think it should be stronger than diamond and also be able to mine obsidian at a faster rate.

    the diamond pickaxe mines obsidian in 15.35 sec, so i think it should be knocked down to 10, or possibly 5.5 or something because if you look here http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Tools#Tool_Material_and_Efficiency at the efficiency of the tools most of the number/percentage drops of all the tools hands-diamond the drop goes down sometimes by a whole number if not just a little .fraction.

    like for shovel the diamond is .34 maybe it should be .22 or something because the iron is .44 and it only drops .10 to get the diamond efficiency.

    just look at that page to come up with numbers because i don't think there is a pattern at the rate it drops but i think obsidian should indeed be stronger than diamond because diamond may be harder to come by but it doesn't take nearly as long to get it once you find it.

    what is a good example of before and after, could pictures show the differences?

    like what is the more realistic option this mode or just vanilla?

    I am using dokus rpg pack currently and when i patched the game i had custom water/lava and animation boxes checked but my water in game is not moving what so ever, is there another step i need to take?
