Yes these are good ideas but are meant for enchantments perhaps you should make an enchantment suggestions post you can use the lapiz idea i have just link it, i'de link back In fact i really hope you do make an enchantments post.

Honestly, I like all of this but the things directly affecting combat and clock and compass recipe changes. I agree on gold tools. These are some more changes to help gold:
1. Efficiency increases the mining level to mine more blocks. Two levels of efficiency = one level in breakable blocks. Efficiency 4 gold could mine what iron can iron.
2. Unbreaking on everything. It shouldn't be tools only! Unbreaking swords would be nice. It's rare for swords though.
Mine netherrack, place it again... it should be a 0.1% chance, so it's only a nice find, not main reason to have a netherrack quarry. Soul sand should have a .5% chance of bones.
It electrocutes whatever touches it, but that's not bad. Why would you place it on a ground for creepers to touch? You would place it on a pillar, of course. Also, creepers should be attracted to charged lighting rods, and lighting rods should drain immediately if they're on dirt. A furnace placed below the lighting rod will also drain it, and instantly smelt 16 items. Silk touch works on it.
Far too complicated. A spike block should simply be a directionally placed block (like pistons or logs), half of it will be solid metal, the other half spikes (similar to what you have). You extend and retract the spikes using sticky pistons. It most definitely doesn't needs it's own device.
I have full faith that Mojang can develop this on their own. We don't need to send out mixed messages. No support.
Edit: Mattoppybros brought to my attention the ability to mine some basic blocks. Absolutely unacceptable. Keep the mine in Minecraft to the players. Total automation of all tasks in the game is barbaric.
I posted my recipe for that reason. Also, I think it should break some blocks, but be useless in farming. It should break only soil blocks and turn wooden planks into slit wooden planks, with holes for the spikes to come out.
Bedrock is only obtainable in creative, so you don't craft with it. It also means the tools and armor are useless, with the exception of swords, only if they one hit kill everything. Obsidian and bedrock are intentionally unmovable.

Honestly, I use Somnia only to sleep through day. I don't like waiting for fun to come out.
