Not 20 usd, but 20 euros. By the time minecraft is available for the xbox, it'll probably be out of beta, so the price will go up. Sweden also doesn't use USD, hence why it's in euros. 20 euros is about 30 dollars.
As for one purchase gets both versions, I think that's a good idea, but I'm not sure.
No, its a silly idea. You don't buy a regular game for one platform and then expect a another platform version to be free, do you?
Wrong. There also exist 64bit PCI. But for home computers, 99.9% is 32bit @ 33mhz. For server motherboards you could get 32bit 33 & 66Mhz and 64bit. I think the 64bit was 66Mhz and 100Mhz.
As for the PSU discussion, I'm on board with fm87 on this one. The 5450 @19w is when it runs a spreadsheat or wordprocessor. There is no chance in hell that is with Full3D(and the Power use at around 100 is card only). As for bad PSU, those are bad no matter their size.. And prebuild computers like HP, PackardBell, Dell etc all comes loaded with them.
beside don't look only on their WATT. Especially with very powerful cards, plenty of Amps is also important.
No offence, but if you can't look something as simple as "hd 5450 wattage" on google, you have no right to post under the C,T,S forum. Some of you must be thick. It draws 19.1 watts under load. Deal with it.
The key to Powersupplies is this
How high the rail is rated, i.e. bronze, gold.
Single rail is better than quad or dual.
Amps, not just wattage.
And quality over wattage. 15100 watt psu doesn't mean it is rated at that.
Biostar Mobo? Ehh, if you have to, I guess it isn't the worst you can get.
Rosewill PSU? No way. Seriously, don't cheap out on a PSU, even if you get it cheap.
WD 320GB? I got a WD Blue 320GB laptop HDD for $40 a few months ago. There is no reason you should ever get a 320GB 3.5" drive. Its like $10 more for 3x the storage space.
Everything else looks good though.
I'm just going by reviews brah. All of them are rated pretty high. As for hdd space, its not a need. I doubt with a 5670 that he will be installing hundreds of games.
i3 barebones kit for $282
Comes with case, motherboard, cpu, 4GB of RAM, 1TB hard drive, and DVD-RW. Add a video card and an upgraded power supply and you're set.
This computer will be faster than either of those AMD builds posted above and is $465 before rebates, tax, and shipping, which leaves you a bit to spend on a monitor.
Also a monitor is needed. Rebates are no good if you only have so much money.
