ATI, haven't had a problem with drivers in 5 years, so I am lead to believe driver problems are mostly PEBKAC.
As of today and probably the next few months, (if not after) They have the most powerful single gpu card in the world.
They are usually price/performance, which makes them a better choice for me.
Actually I like the new task manager we will need it once we have 32 core machines and crap at the rage AMD is going that might be soon, because cores = performance.
LOL! Unless every software company in the world magically starts working on multi-threading packages for their software, and the multi-threading they are implementing is 100% perfect, cores =/= performance. IPC + cores = performance.
There is this game called Ace of Spades (AoS) that I have been playing for like a year now. Not many people know about it, so I thought I would put it out here. Its like a mix between a shooter and minecraft. You will probably get very frustrated at first.

The generation engine is based on java, and will not be changed.
They didn't build the rendering engine, and rewriting it would not reduce lag.

Yeah, I wish there was graphics options for things like fog, but I guess it evens the playing field a bit.
Not to mention it plays on toasters and citric drinks.
