I might just be a noob (I definitely do stupid things from time to time), but is there a simple way to force empty a reservoir? I've tried everything I can think of but nothing worked and using pipes out the bottom I couldn't get them below 3 or 4mbs, pump on top wouldn't draw more either.
If there already is a way to full clear them I'd appreciate a hint! If not could we get some manner implemented? (Break it with a pickaxe it stays full but with anything else it empties or right click with screwdriver type of thing maybe?)
I was building a nice little storage tank cluster of them for some jet fuel while it was raining they make nice water catches... see? I do noob things.
Is anyone else crashing when attempting to place the MeteorCraft machines? As soon as I place a meteor defense gun my world crashes.

Thanks a lot for the hotfix, Reika! Now the issue is gone. I do however have a new issue, but I'm not sure whether it's on the RoC end or the Applied Energistics end. I tried to connect a shaft driven by 4 wind turbines (16 kw power total) to an AE energy accepter. The server crashed, and while I can restart the server, as soon as I log in (and thus load the chunk) it crashes again. I'll have to remove it by MCEdit I guess, but it'd be nice to know what happened.
EDIT: Have also tried this on single player on my laptop now, gasoline engine > shaft > energy acceptor = world corrupting crash. The engine doesn't even have to be running.

Stringburka, I had actually asked Reika about this a few days ago (he is always right!). I finally got a chance to submit a bug report to AE and they updated the API they were using, everything seems to be working perfectly now. If you download AE rv1 beta build 34 it should work with RotaryCraft engines making your original power plan work the way it should.
Hi, I just want to start by saying I absolutely love your mods Reika. In my opinion you have the perfect balance going, relatively simple and straight forward machines, but such a multitude of them that it leads to complex situations where there are many different options available to solve the same problem. The way each of your mods supports each other is also very nice, I have been enjoying using ElectriCraft in particular. Most of what I've seen from other industrial/tech mods have kept me from evening trying them due to what seems like infinite power coming rather easily.
The primary other mod I've seen that I do really like is AE2, since your boring machines chew up things very nicely, the storage options are really nice. Not wanting to add in RF or the other power options though I thought I had seen some sources which said RotaryCraft's power system was compatabile (RotaryCraft11256 Watts/Joules = 1 ae) is actually listed on the Energy Acceptor's description. Because of this I decided to give it a try in my survival game. Unfortunately as soon as I place the Energy Acceptor next to any RotaryCraft engine my game crashes.
I just installed your newest V1D versions for 1.7.10 and have tried a few different versions of AE2 (from their newest stable to newest Beta versions), in each case the same thing happens though. Do you know if this is a known issue and expected, the crash is just a side effect of the power systems being incompatabile to begin with, or are they supposed to work together? I understand this could be on AE2's end as well, just thought I would start here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I aplogize if this is listed somewhere and I missed it. It looks like my world saved with the block placed too as I can't reopen my save without it crashing on load, I'm likely going to just disable/remove AE2 to remove the block so I can at least get back into my world.
My programming knowledge is limited (especially when it comes to Java) but below is a code snipit if it helps.
