[b]Why are you applying for wintercraft?: I would like to become a Manager on this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but... There are bad sides to this... There are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a Staff and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an un-pleasent place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever. I have good communication skills and friendship. I know how to control my anger problems which I have. And I do not disband a job which I have been assigned to or dedicated to be done. I am not a quitter I will do what it takes to make people happy by not doing to much to OP people. I am also Admin on another server so I know many rules and many commands. The reason why I want to be Staff on this server is because I love it so much. I also know a lot about plugins, commands, worldedit Exc.[/b]

I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfil a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member. I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after the Reboot Network. I understand that moderators cannot always be available and can't monitor every word and action, but because I live in Australia, I often play when there are no other staff members online. Being a part of the staff on Wintercraft would allow greater staff presence over more time zones, and thus help out players that do not regularly play at the same time as current staff. I also believe that my past experience would be an added benefit to the server.[/b]
[b]What Will you do if you see another moderator abusing their powers?: I will try to talk them out and if they don't stop, I'll go and ask help from an OWNER.[/b]

[b]What will you do if you see a hacker?: first tp him to somewhere safe than ask him to admit it and than eveuntualy ban him[/b]
[b]How can you manage the server?: I am excellent at organisation, and I know how to set my priorities. Even if we lack on some staff I will manage them.[/b]
[b]How can you manage the staff team?: Well if they are inactive demote them of course or after a longer period of time if they are doing a good job promote or reward them in some way.[/b]
