I agree, though the company has promised that it will send the key via gift, which I find very difficult to forge.
Edit: I got the gift from the company, it works fine, but when I try to use my Username, the system says that the Username is already in use.
I wrote to Mojang's support, but I guess that it will take some days to get some response.
New edit: I received a response from Mojang where they said that the gift feature for use the old Username isn't implemented yet, but they will add this feature untill the end of this week, then, I tried to use my old Username again, and it worked!

Nov 25, 2013Hello all, I'm passing for update my status.Posted in: Mojang Account / Minecraft.net Support
The company just answered my request and they said that the company that they bought the keys of really didn't ask for the refunds, and they will provide a new key with no costs if I want to.
Or, I can choose to get a new key directly from Mojang, paying something about $7,00 more, the option that I will choose.
As I said early, this is NOT a scam problem.
Nov 18, 2013Okay, so just answer these couple things:Posted in: Mojang Account / Minecraft.net Support
A: Why does the players who have Minecraft for months for now are all having this issue since scammers usually don't wait that long for "profit" and,
B: Why does many of these are players who bought their Minecraft directly from Mojang's site?
Mojang could stop the scam problem if they begin to ask via e-mail to the account's users a proof that they bought that account, and stop to refund thirds.
Both you and I know that they don't do it just because it's very easier just close their eyes for this problem.
Nov 18, 2013The problem is that everyone is getting their premium account purchase revoked, probably a bug, but until its cleared, the access to the game will be restrict as demo version.Posted in: Mojang Account / Minecraft.net Support
I suggest you guys to check out this topic: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2123487-minecraft-account-refunded-or-revoked/
Many of you must have received the same email from Mojang.

I see, there might be more going on.
I hope the situation will be cleared up soon and I truely hope I'am on the wrong track by scenting fraud.
Thank you for adding another perspective to the subject, FabioPanzarin.
You are welcome.
I just want my premium back, like everyone else.
Nov 18, 2013I bought Minecraft about 3 months ago and got the premium "reversed upon request", same as everyone here.Posted in: Mojang Account / Minecraft.net Support
I contacted the company that sold it to me, and the attendant told me that this is a global issue, and only in Brazil the number of affected people is something about 2 thousands.
He told me too that the company that they bought the keys of didn't requested the refunds, and that no money were refunded yet, so they are trying to discover the origin of the problem.
Since many of Mojang's accounts have had the same problem, I guess that this is not some company's fraud; It seems more like some hacker's attack or major bug.
I hope that Mojang can find out the cause and solve the problem as soon as possible, or some class action lawsuits may happen.
