I dig a 2x2xinfinity tunnel 1 layer above bedrock. I usually find a vein of diamonds once every half hour(so like, 10 diamonds an hour). This is also a good way to get redstone.
I lost all of my achievements after the 1.1 update. They're all gone. I'm not mad, I really don't care about them, but I'm curious. Has this happened to anyone else, and will it be a problem if it does happen to you?
I'm currently working on a map for what I'm planning to make into a two part series. It won't be done for awhile, but I promise you it will have an epic story, and some great riddles. Could you reserve some time for my map on your channel? I would go into more detail, but it would spoil the story, and I don't want that to happen at least until the map comes out.
Yeah i am going to remove it in the next update. Any way until then if you don't want oil to drop from coal just don't include v.class when you install the mod and it wont drop anymore.
You could use Mycelium too keep mobs from spawning in a dark room. This may make the room look bad cosmetically, but it's the only option I can think of.
I've tried a bio cube map, and I really liked it. But I thought it ended too quick, and wanted more. I'm currently working on my own bio cube, only it's not just a survival map. It has a storyline, and it will be continued in one more map. There are also a ton of riddles and challenges to keep yourself occupied if you beat the story. Story: The year is 1893. You are a detective in a small town in England. There have been reports of strange things going on in the home of Professor Evander Quisling, and neighbors are starting to get worried. Witnesses say no one has entered or left the house for days, including the many students and assistants that Evander employs to help him with his inventions. You enter the house, and find it empty. You hear a strange noise coming from the basement, and upon entering, see an eerie light. You are hypnotized by a strange vortex swirling round and round, and slowly move forward to take a closer look. But, you got a little too close, and were pulled in.
You wake up by a small lake. There is a house behind you, and trees all around you. You don't know where you are and how you got here, but all you know is that you have to find Evander and his associates and go home.

8. Find all eyes of Ender and travel to the end(you don't have to kill the dragon).

3. Create a cow farm.

6. Make a sugar cane marsh.
7. Make an iron pickaxe.

Would you consider removing the feature that makes oil drop from coal ore? It would be nice if it were optional which worlds I use this in, and that prevents that possibility.
I'm sorry but I think super flat is really useless. Someone told me to use normal worlds if I wanted some of the features that superflat lacked. Guess what? There is no reason to use super flat now.
Superflat is for large builds in creative mode. It also makes for some tough survival if you play with villages turned on.
I hate this, but I don't think it's a glitch. Think it was intended. I can learn to live with it until the next update, or if they don't change it it all.
