A few noteable experiences include being a high ranking Moderator(SuperMod) on the once very popular Super Earth server. Some of my duties on there included managing all of the lower level staff, handling LWC removal requests, and dealing with all staff complaints. I was a Developer/Admin on the L33tCraft Network before it shut down a few months ago. My duties on there included maintaining server stability and updating/editing/creating plugins as needed, and making sure all of the rules were enforced as well as dealing with any issues that players had.

Yes, I have managed a couple of small, locally hosted servers back in the Beta phase of Minecraft as well as a small dedicated server with a friend for a few months. When I was a SuperMod on the SuperEarth server I had the ability to open any chest by any player and take anything from them without anyone knowing as well as the ability to delete or grief every single town(there were a good 20 active towns) and none of those things crossed my mind and never will.

8.) *How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week?: Depends, if it is a popular server with many players, I will be online at least 2 hours a day at most 5 hours a day. If hardly anyone plays on the server, than I might be less active, though I will still help the players online. Here is a schedule. Monday: I would say about 3 hours at least, and at most 5-6 hours.
Tuesday: I usually have a fair amount of work this day, so I would say 2 hours minimum, and 5-6 hours maximum.
Wednesday: This is no doubt the busiest day of the week, meaning at minimum 2 hours, maximum 4-5 hours, a rather small difference.
Thursday: This is a day where I can relax, we do not have homework due on Fridays, thus saving me a fair amount of time. I will no doubt be active at minimum 5-6 hours a day, at maximum 10 hours (Highly unlikely though, I still have a life ) Friday!: My favorite day of the week, and the day I'm writing this application, or rather revising it, I can be active about the same times as Thursday.
Weekend: I am putting two days into one, because the statistics are pretty much the same in my life. The only thing that would keep me from being more active on these two days is my mother visiting. Otherwise, I can be active almost all day.

I Am Respectful: Respect is one of the most important qualities an Admin should have, I can say it hasn't previously been my strong suit, but, I have learned over a fair amount of time that it is pleasing to be respectful, and help and show empathy towards others, and I believe that quality is not just for moderator, but a simple piece of common sense in life, and if you cannot be respectful, it will not only hurt others, but yourself.
I Carefully Consider Decisions: I do not immediately make rash decisions, I carefully consider my decisions and am not afraid to ask others for guidance and assistance on which decision would be the most reasonable. I do admit sometimes I can be rash, but with assistance and guidance, I believe I will make the correct decisions.
I Do Not Crack Easily Under Pressure: I know a few fellow staff (from other servers) who could not take being a moderator or Admin any longer, I know being a Admin isn't as easy as it seems, and I am willing to take the responsibility of being a Administrator.
I Am Responsible: I am well educated on the subject of responsibility, I come from a family where responsibility means everything, I know what being a moderator means, I know its not what most people perceive it as, it means being active everyday, monitoring the chat, helping people who need it, all while checking the forums. I'll be honest I believe being a moderator isn't easy, but it helps knowing you have contributed to the community in such a way.
I Pay Attention: I try my best to answer all questions and reply to all pm's, though I may be busy, I will get to anyone who needs help or has a question, I try to be there for all fellow players, and never to ignore. Even as busy as I might be, its good for people to know that no matter how busy someone is, they will go out of there way to help you, and that is exactly what I intend on doing.
I Can Multitask:One of the most important skills, for not just being an Admin, but in life, is to have the ability to multitask, multitasking is very important, it also leads back to being unable to crack easily under pressure, I know how hard it can be to multitask, but lets say I've had experience .
I Can Type Quickly:I can type quickly with minimal errors, I do not type sloppy when things are serious, I might slip a few now and then, but I do not type in that manner on a regular basis. I know when to use slang and when to write properly, I only write using slang when I am not dealing with a serious matter. I do not hesitate on when I should use which style of writing in which time.
I Am Mature (enough): Though I am very playful, I know when to be mature and when to take things seriously, I do not joke about serious matters. I am mature in many ways, whether its to make a tough decision or not. I admit I might say a few jokes to keep things lively and to calm people down, but I know when being mature is necessary. I was not always willing to be mature any time. Now, I have learned that maturity is almost everything when aiming for an Administrator.

I ran my own Bukkit server for several months, and in that time I developed several plugins and learned how to configure some common plugins (e.g. Essentials, PEX, Factions). Here is a short description of the more interesting plugins I developed:
A reconfigurable arena and minigame plugin designed for small, single-world servers. Players go to a stadium and press a button to select a game and the arena changes (using WorldEdit) to the appropriate playing field. Then the game runs and players can be given rewards for winning. I developed code for mob arenas, parkour, spleef, and free-for-all. It has a nice community feel since players can just watch from the stadium, and if they are in the stadium they can join any match that is starting.
A simple real estate plugin that allows players to purchase land with in-game money. Players enter a command indicating how big the plot should be, and a WorldGuard region is created and given to them.
A plugin that modifies how Factions works so that power is mostly gained by having villages. The faction gets a certain amount of power for each claimed chunk that has a villager on it. In this plugin, I also removed villager trading and replaced it with "tributes." When you interact with a villager, you get some random items depending on the type of villager.
I also updated and improved some plugins that were developed by others, such as QuickShop (updated to include new materials) and Dead Man's Chest (minor improvements and bug fixes).
10.) Anything else you can bring to the table? Probably not. I'm currently a grad student, so I haven't developed any practically useful skills in the last few years.

I am currently 14, turning 15 in January, but I am not your average 14 year old. I play many sports, including AAA hockey. I have, and I understand what discipline is all about. "Respect is earned, not given." I am a very mature person and player inside and out. When it comes to dealing with issues involoving other players, I have received comments such as "Your really cool, calm." Etc. I like to thinkto myself as calm person especially. "It's great to have a great player, but it's more important if he has a great personality."If a player(s) is being rude, BM (Bad mouth,Bad manner) me or anything that may get someone upset, I dont retaliate.I always did, and I always will be calm in the situation finding out what the case is and solve it as best as I can. If the case is a more serious issue, I will contact my staff team to notify them if a player has hacks,or anything possible. Something else about me, I dont like to talk for noting,but that doesnt mean I dont like to have fun, meet new people and make new friends.I go by the saying "Buisness before plesssure" In other words, work before play. I would be beyond honored to help moderate this network! I feel like this isn't a joke compared to 10 year olds trying to "hire" staff and make a great server that will earn them profit. This is a well thought out and planned network that has very specific roles that will lead to a successful server! This would be very important to me due to the high expectations I have for this network! I feel I can moderate and keep players coming back with friends so they can chill out during a long day of work or school! It would be an honor to be known as an actual moderator on such a beautiful and complex network.

I have been administrating and moderating servers around 4 years now. I have learned to keep calm and include some fun when doing my job. I know most commands to the main essentials that you can think of. I also have much knowledge in getting players to come back everyday to hang out and have fun. Those four years taught me well. I learned my place and how to moderate and to make friends all while getting rid of scum such as hackers and other unwanted people.

I have been staff on many different servers and I have learned a lot. I will make sure to include what I learned in how I will help the server and make the community a better place!

How long have you been building?: Directly this question doesn't make sense I don't know how long i've spent in minecraft building however I've been playing since before pistons (I believe that's 1.6 beta.) So the answer is: Wait for it... A while good year or two perhaps....
What are some builds you've created in the past? (Post pictures and/or links!): They will be in the attachments I would like to state through I used to run a lot of mods (This is before where you could have different versions of minecraft installed.) So most of the pictures/worlds of my better builds have been lost due to folder wipes. Furthermore the pictures are quite old so I can do a little better now, if i don't know a building style I'll look it up call it "adaptability."
