Similar to slime spawning, in random common chunks? Like 20% instead of 10%.
Thanks for the support!
I thought of that, but I was never really a fan of that spawning system. It is not really immersible, as people use chunk finders or similar out-of-game features to locate appropriate chunks, and those chunks would be a lot harder in comparation to the other chunks.
I think the better solution is just to disperse the spawning out by making them spawn uncommonly, rather than limiting them to certain chunks.
Just joined with the nation Duntire. Looks like a pretty fun game.
Thanks for joining the Versutian Federation! Elections are coming up, so signing up for the forums and voting would be great! The forums also have a bunch of other stuff you can do, and you can even run for office in a month, once the elections happen again.
No,not individual people's countries.
But other regions can invade and partly damage other regions,I believe.
Well, that's not entirely true. You can definitely declare war on counrtries, it just takes place entirely through roleplay and has no actual inplay effects.
In terms of regions, war is much more real. You can literally destroy an entire region and crush it to the ground, never to return.
I disagree. The last 3 times ive attempted to post a lengthy descriptive post. The mods take it down for being too long. Im actually surprised this post didnt get taken down.
Fantastic idea tho! I too have thought about this and think it would be interesting. I think the "thing" everyone says minecraft lacks is a little mystery. even if they added just these books as a fragment of a storyline, it would rouse the players interest a little more.
What posts were taken down for being too long? I've never seen that happen.
Unfortunately, this will be locked. It just isn't allowed to post more than 1 idea per topic. There are multiple reasons for this:
1. People tend to make wishlists a lot less descriptive than single-idea topics. Quality far outweighs quantity
2. Topics on one idea only stimulate discussion a lot better - you can't really discuss effectively a lot of ideas.
3. Support is a lot easier for single-idea topics. It isn't feasible to go through and nitpick what you support and what you do not - a popular idea could be hidden within the mix, but it is inevitably drowned out in the less quality ones.
Those and more. It's a good rule, and I'm sorry you disagree.
Fully agree with gamer. While it is annoying to see posts like this, the responses so often placed on these topics are far more annoying. Because someone is new and didn't read the rules is no excuse to start swearing, flaming, being incredibly rude, or insulting.
Should this topic be shut down? Yes. Should the creator be verbally berated? No. Just tell him he did something wrong nicely and move on.
Exactly my point.
Finally got the third skull, brewed some potions to help me fight, and the battle was over in like a few minutes. I took more damage, and my armor took more durability loss preparing for the fight than the actual fight.
Good job. I gave up myself - I have enough time to collect all the skulls, but it just is so boring and takes so long I just spawned the thing in creative then cheated myself to survival to fight it.

I'm surprised as well. Usually ideas this comprehensive and awesome get more feedback.

1. No wishlisting. One idea per topic.
2. Detail your ideas. No one will like or support an idea with horrible grammar and 3 sentences.
3. No redundancy. Use the search feature to see if your idea has already been thought of.

Then scroll down to where it says "Move Your Nation to Versutian Federation!" Clicky.

There's a section in the FAQ about that. If you want more information, I would go read that.

I see you are still in the East Pacific. Would you like to join the Minecraft Forum region, the Versutian Federation?

Dinnerbone retweeted a post by Tinted Glass saying "Are you working on me?". That sounds very promising.

They should make that an actual customizable feature. Mine would be debate.
