hey can you make it so you can spawn them, and i dont want the creepers to be allover the desert and such, like a opption to turn them on mabey

Wtf guys i really need help, i got same problem, im making a adventure map alright, the map has 3 portals. one that takes you to a nether base, one that takes you out, and one that brings you back. when ever i exit the nether base it spawns a nether portal on a obsidion bunker i made. i get rid of all the obsidon and make it iron. now its spawning near the bunker. Help
