Right now, only Nintendo's own games can use it. Any other game will have to have an update to add Video Capturing. I don't know why games have to "support it", but it could be added in the next update or the Better Together version of Minecraft.
In fact, the games that support it right now are: Splatoon 2, Mario Kart 8 DX (v1.3.0), Zelda: BOTW, ARMS, and Super Mario Odyssey.
Since Super Mario Odyssey released, I decided to make a little pixel model of Mario's new companion, Cappy (in Mario's cap). Check the attachments to see how I've made it. I might also make a pixel model of Cappy in his ghost form.
Note: The world/seed was found on the Nintendo Switch version of the game. I'm pretty sure that this seed will work on the PS4 & Xbox One version, since they were all ported by 4J Studios. (However, this seed will probably be broken on the last-gen versions.)
Seed: -1612433636
Biome Scale: Small
World Size: Medium
You will spawn around (-8, 65, -132). If you do spawn near those coordinates, travel north and you will be between 2 Woodland Mansions. In the large seas you will find 3 Ocean Monuments.
Woodland Mansion Cords:
(-94, 72, -384)
(129, 68, -372)
Ocean Monument Cords:
(-129, 64, 390)
(139, 64, 143)
(219, 64, -87)
Hopefully you will get a lot of Sponges and Totems in this world!
I have this issue too. It's when you are hit by a mob close by the dogs. They'll want to attack it, even if it's dead. Then they'll move around and can't be sat.
To fix this, just reload your world and they should be sitting.
I'm a bit confused. I've been hearing that if you have the Legacy Xbox One Edition of Minecraft, you will be able to get the Bedrock edition for free (which is true). I haven't heard anyone say that it would be the same case for the Switch.
Question: Will MC: Switch Edition owners also get the new, BTU/Bedrock edition of Minecraft for free?
I think it's a bad idea, because we'd be able to exploit it, instead of bothering with (really very interesting) mob farms for exp.
It's not too difficult to farm Ghast tears (like, thousands per hour).
How could you exploit the recipe? Sure you could farm Ghasts, but they drop their tears probably about half of the time, and you would have to find a good area to fight it. Not to mention you would still have to have a Splash Bottle, as well as Redstone & Glowstone.
Have you ever asked yourself' "Why can't there be a crafting recipe for XP Bottles?", or "7 Emeralds for 1 XP Bottle? That's expensive!"? Well, you've come to the right place.
So, what if Bottles' o' Enchanting could be craftable by using a Splash Water Bottle, 2 Redstone, Glowstone Dust, and a Ghast Tear all in an Armor Stand-like pose for an XP Bottle! That's not too expensive! You'll still have a lot of Glowstone left, but it'll also keep you going back to the Nether to kill some more Ghasts!
Giants should drop something so they're worth fighting.
I agree, but since that video was in Vanilla Minecraft they don't drop anything. But what if they dropped a Zombie Head? That would seem pretty cool since you wouldn't have to go through the hassle of finding a Charged Creeper.
Giants could've had so much potential to be a full-fledged mob in Minecraft, but instead they are left in the dust within their AI. Until now. Just imagine if they were indeed, a new Boss Mob in Minecraft. Sure, probably not as threatening as the Wither, but marks progression and excitement.
In order to get through this, I must suggest a certain block that could be useful to summon the boss as well as a storage block.
Rotten Flesh Block:
Similarly to every other storage block, it will be crafted from 9 Rotten Flesh; It can also be reverted back to 9 Flesh. You can use this for storage (especially if you have a Priest Villager to trade with).
The other use of it will allow you to construct and summon the Giant boss. You could build it similarly to an Iron Golem, but instead using Rotten Flesh Blocks instead of Iron Blocks.
Now lets jump into the mechanics of the Giant boss. (Giant Boss:)
If you read the previous spoiler, you should know how to build and summon the Giant.
When its build is complete, it will summon the almighty Giant as well as 4 regular Zombies to "help him out". Keep in mind that the Zombies and Giant have more health than you think; These Zombies have 24 health points, and the Giant has 220 health points.
The Zombies wouldn't give that much trouble, but the Giant boss is a lot faster.
You'll have to keep up with your toes or else the Giant could kill you, or the Zombies could burn you (during the day, that is).
I used commands to test this out. Remember that the commands will only work on versions 1.7.10 and below, as in 1.8 the Giant's AI was removed.

I'd say it's pretty nice. What do you think?

I have uploaded a video onto YouTube showing this boss in action, if you want to see it, or if you don't understand what I'm saying.
