    Quote from TheAsylum

Yeah, baby zombies and baby zombie pigman were added as a rare (or not, from my experience) mob. Odd that Mojang didn't include that addition in the 1.6.2 patch notes. I don't like the baby zombies.. they're fast and hard to hit because of the height.

They surely should reduce their health at least, it doesn't make much sense that they hit as hard as normal zombies, too.

Use saddles and ride them home? I mean, if you can't craft leads, you might as well go back and get saddles.

On most keyboards, switching to a french/multilingual keyboard then pressing Right-alt+O should work. If Essentials is installed, you can use the ampersand character instead (&).

posted a message on Super Hostile Guide [Website Coming Soon!]
Hello everyone, just thought I should post a little update.

It's almost summertime, which means I'll be free to start finishing up some of my projects. This means that I will hopefully have a website for the guide to put up (I already registered the domain name). I'm also looking for people that can help develop content for it.

At the moment, we currently have Pieluvr, killfish11 (who I haven't talked to in a while), and myself. If anyone is interested in joining this project, and if any older members would like to contribute again, don't hesitate to PM me or apply right here!

I have yet to reveal the details of the website, but I can tell you this: anyone will be able to contribute one way or another. Of course, it will be moderated...

Follow this topic if you want to be kept up to date on this project, and thank you for your support!

UPDATE: I'll be putting the guide up on guide.superhostile.net!

posted a message on [MG] Experiment: Raining Fire (Work-In-Progress)
    Experiment: Raining Fire
    A Minecraft Mini-Game

Raining fire is a new experimental type of minecraft mini-game using the TNT physics in a custom environment to recreate the survival aspect of the game. You spawn in a small, enclosed area and attempt to escape through a nether portal before the world literally drowns in fire.

As previously mentioned, this is an experimental type of mini-game, so it is definitively not flawless; may be too easy or too hard, and may be enjoyable to its full potential. Please report any problems or flaws; we would greatly appreciate it!

The goal is to escape these hostile environments by building a nether portal. Go through all the steps that would be required in vanilla Minecraft to do so. Good luck!

    Recommended Rules
    1. Do not leave the 50 block radius from spawn (i.e. pass the wall of lava).
    2. Play on Peaceful, Easy, or if you're feeling hardcore, Medium.
    3. You may craft, break/place blocks, and do anything you would do in regular Minecraft.
    4. Enable command blocks if you're playing on a server with friends.
Warning: This map will really push your computer to its limits. If you aren't running on a gaming or a high performance computer, you will definitively experience major FPS drops. It gets progressively works the longer the game lasts.

    Map #01 - Damp Forest

Located within the jungle, survive among the ruins of ancient civilisations, and uncover their secrets. A lot of it will help you extend your period of survival, so take advantage of it as much as you can!

posted a message on Lost Worlds RPG - Public Test #1 (20 slots)
The public test ended May 27.

The Chasms Network is currently working on developing an RPG-style server. We are looking for players to test out the first level or two and give us feedback regarding the various aspects.

    184.148.176.254

We recommend you use the DokuCraft - Light texture pack.

    Gallery

Also, please give feedback when you finished the test. The first five players to do so will receive instant closed beta access and a free 3-month membership in the open beta!

    Example Feedback

How was the latency (server lag)? We are considering hosting the server on one of our private computers during most of the closed beta, and we want to know if the lag's reasonable to do so. Please, don't forget to specify where you live in the world!

How was the architecture? How did everything look? Do we still need to polish up the buildings? However, don't comment yet on the landscape and the obviously incomplete parts.

How well were the levels designed? Could you finish the level without any problems? Did the plugin interactivity work as it was supposed to?

Did you find any bugs/inconsistencies/missing borders?

Thank you for participating in this test!

You get a lever bar, but on an xp bar. I know how more about minecraft than you, Ive been playing since 1.2_02 Alpha.

I don't get what you mean... and what does Alpha have to do with anything? The experience bar was only added in 1.0...
