Have they fixed the bug where you cant destroy sand in creative mode using swords?

I have a made a workable/ moving redstone car in minecraft using pistons and redstone, using no mods!
you can also make a helicopter version of it by making it vertically.
you can use this on servers by paying people to drive these cars between stations !
