    Hello, this is my first minecraft map. I cant give many screenshots, because the bunker is well.... secret. I will give you this, because getting inside the bunker is especially difficult. Click here to download the map!


    The bunker contains a bunch of things:


    - a prison


    - small nether work area with auto furnace and toggle able enchantment area


    - plethora of secret rooms and doors


    - a 3x3 code protected secret vault


    - a mineshaft with minecart track and send/call chest system


    - a small living space with toggleable lights


    - a hidden window area


    - a fully automated wheat farm, melon farm, and pumpkin farm


    - a toggle able nether portal

    posted a message on Exclusive Golden Tool Enchantments.

    Basically, golden tools can get enchantments that any other tool cant. Each tool has 2 enchantments that it can get, and it cant get both. These enchantments could ONLY go on gold tools, unless you use the /enchant command. The enchantments dont inherently have anything to do with the fact the tools are golden, just the fact that gold tools and nearly useless.


    The enchantments:


    Pickaxe:


    Veinmeiner

    mines the entire vein of ore, takes the respective amount of durability on the tool. Unbreaking, silk touch, and fortune will all be ignored with this enchantment.


    Edit: The_Last_Dovakhiin suggested that Veinminer would disable other enchant effects except for smelting, and if smelting is also on the tool fortune would be enabled. It essentially would selectively disable enchants, which would help a bit. Smelting should also reward the player with the exp for smelting the block into ingot form, identical to what they'd receive from the furnace.


    Smelting

    Automatically smelts anything it mines, that is effective with the tool. This means you cant mine a tree with this and get charcoal. Fortune will take the same chances from mining diamonds and give it to blocks that drop ores.


    Axe:


    Timber

    Cuts down all the logs above the log you originally broke. It wont affect leaves, and it takes durability for each log broke. If the axe doesn't have enough durability to break all the logs, it will take half a drumstick of hunger for each log broken.


    Shears

    When you break the last log touching leaves in a tree, all the leaves are mined with it. This doesn't use any durability (Other than the durability to break the log) and all drops from leaves have 1.5x chance to drop more/more often.


    Shovel:


    Excavator

    Mining gravel will make it break all the gravel blocks in the vein, taking half durability for each block broken, and doubles the chances of getting flint. If the shovel has fortune, the current percentage is doubled, and if it has fortune 3, it will have a 10% chance to drop another flint on top of the guaranteed flint from fortune 3.


    Fossilhunter

    Breaking sand has a 50% chance to drop bones. Fortune will add a 10% chance for each level.


    Sword:


    Lifesteal

    When you hit enemies, you get a heart back for every swipe, regardless of damage dealt. The sword will also have half the durability, and unbreaking is ignored.


    Acidic

    When you hit enemies, they gain the inability to heal, and the initial damage completely ignores armor. The damage is also dealt in a DoT (damage over time) fashion. The enchantment will ignore sharpness and strength effects.

    posted a message on "speed" data tag for projectiles.

    I think all projectiles should have a "speed" tag, that you can change to make it move faster, using a entitydata command, or a just spawning the projectile with the speed tag. idk exactly how much speed each integer would add, lets say its speed is measured in blocks per second. This tag would enable you to make really fast moving arrows (basically simple guns) with this command in a repeating command block: "entitydata @e[type=arrow] {speed:9999}". Thats just a example. Puting the value at a negative would make projectiles instantly follow their path, no delay (hitscan), and putting values at "0" would make the arrow stop midair and fall to the ground, but if the projectile has a no gravity, it would stop and keep its current rotation. Lets say you have a arrow flying, with no gravity, and you set its speed to 0. If you were to then set its speed to "~" it would retain its velocity, speed, trajectory, etc. from before its speed was set to "0". This is all a little over the top, but it would enable you to make so many more unique ranged weapons with command blocks, because minecraft really lacks in ranged weaponry, only having the bow for long range, and potions for short range. Potions are so costly though, and its so much easier to just use a sword at close range, and less expensive.

    Awesome. Full support. Love it. Although i think the e-tnt is a little weird, Because its once again connecting them with creepers. I think maybe just using a teleporter block, I personally see zero practical uses for a e-tnt. Maybe each teleporter block can be configured, and you can have a unlimited amount within the world, each one just need a specific name. 2 teleporters of the same name are "linked" and you can use them both ways. Each teleport could use a amount of the void powder.

    Your idea is much better, i think it would be a lot more creative and original. I cant help but imagine it looking like Infernape from pokemon if it was a rock/ground type.
