It's okay I guess. I mean, it's just like every type of dungeon that people suggest. It's not very exciting. 20% Support

Hmm... Then if you went to your friends base you would just be right clicking bookshelves and eventually find it. Not very efficient if you ask me. Sorry.

(Before I start I want to say that the light blue dye represents energy shards and the wooded sword represents the rod.)

Okay. Here we go. I have a suggestion. In dungeons, you have a small chance of finding a lightning rod. It will have a durability bar. When you right-click with it in hand it will summon lightning. It's durability would last about 10 strikes.

To recharge it you will need energy shards. You can find them in dungeons and they would drop when lightning strikes. This is how you recharge it.

    That's it! Tadaahh!

It's simple. When It rains, there would be puddles. There would be a gamerule allowing you to turn them off. Simple enough. Done. BOOM!

posted a message on Game suddenly won't start after clicking Play
    Quote from hobocrocodile»
Sorry, I'm not sure if I should put this in unmodded or modded - I just recently got into Minecraft on 360 with a buddy of mine and he decided he didn't like it anymore, so I figured I'd get it on PC since it's supposed to be so much better. I checked on Can You Run It and it said I could, although not optimal, so I bought it. It was working fine, a little stuttery, but was fine. I decided to look into ways to help the stuttering and discovered OptiFine and Magic Launcher. I downloaded Magic Launcher, ran it, and my screen went all black, then came back but with that weird, giant resolution with neon colors thing, you know? I thought well, dang, that sucks, but if it fixes the game, I can deal. So I installed OptiFine, tried to run it, and it came back with an error. Well Great, I've ruined it. So I tried just deleting everything, running CCleaner, rebooting, then redownloading the original launcher from the website. I opened, and it did that huge resolution thing and error still. I can't figure out what file is hiding where that's making it still do this.

The weird thing, too... is that when I go to start menu -> Java -> About Java to get the java version, it does that resolution/color screwup, too, so that makes me think that it somehow screwed up something in Java itself and not necessarily the game, yes?

Do a virus scan. This is very odd with the colors. Also, what language where you using.

    Quote from x_clucky»

I was not "flaming" anyone. I was simply stating that most of the information you were presenting was incorrect; older versions of Minecraft work perfectly fine on newer launchers. As well, next time you tell someone to update to 1.8 for trial reasons, include the warning that it will clear all of their inventories if they downgrade back to 1.7.
