In sony vegas, if you drag your video onto a video track and right click it, go down and select properties. From there, un-check "Maintain Aspect-Ratio" and "Disable Re-sample" If that does not do it then do the following: Drag the video onto a video track, on the right hand side of your video there should be 2 or 3 little buttons on the side. Click the one that says "Event Pan Crop" and a little window will pop-up. Then drag the corner (or side/top) and drag it towards the image. That should get rid of the lines. So what your basically asking is for someone else to do all the work, and you get the credit? If you want to make videos buy fraps and record them yourself like a normal youtuber just starting out.

Quick tip for all you soon to be youtubers, do not make your intro more than 5 seconds. If it is 10+, it is wayyyy longer than it should ever be. Under 5 is key if you want people to keep watching.
Actually it depends on the intro, if you look at my intro on my videos the length fits the type of intro. A minimum length for an intro is about 5 seconds, the maximum length is about 15 seconds. Like I said it all depends on the type of intro
