Here is a little about myself.

Daily hours you can grant: 2-5 Hours on the weekdays. 4-10 on the weekends.
Staff History (Past ranks / Other Servers): I have owned 2 Very nice prisons servers which have helped me build up my staff knowledge. I have also been various ranks ranging from Helper-Admin on servers with 25-150 players.
Why do you think you should be staff?:
-Well, to start things off, I not only want to be a part of a server, I want to be part of its expansions, upgrades, losses, and when it starts to thrive. Now don't get me wrong, I have hosted 3 servers now as I have the experience with servers themselves. Most administrators don't know much about plugins. They are only familiar with admin tools, their own powers, and keeping their rank up for promotion. Believe me, there are awesome administrators out there, but the majority like to doze off, sign off when there is still loads of work to be done but all the other staff members are busy with other things, and even abuse their powers before the server gets released! What I am really trying to get through here is that all staff members have a purpose, or responsibility on the server. My "responsibility" will be to keep the server running smoothly with dedication and determination. I will try to help out to the best of my power not to get in the way of the server, but give it a boost in return.
Extra (More details):
As said before, most administrators only play with their tools such as iDisguise, /v from Essentials, World Edit, and God plugins. You probably won't add that to your server but I am just stating some previous experiences. I have basic plugin knowledge as in Group Manager ranks and permissions, Essentials configuration, World Edit, World Guard, and Core-Protect. If you are planning to add no-greif survival to the server, then I also have experience with LWC, Lockette, and Grief Prevention. I have also configured most plugins you'd see on a server today and know tons of commands for all sorts of plugins. I am also very persuasive if that is of any use, and good with people on the server, regardless of their ranks. I will try to keep the chat clean, but running.
Lastly, I said that I have managing experience, I know the server itself, and how tough it is to find the right staff for you server. I hope not only to help out this server, but to let it thrive and grow as it branches out and forms its own community. Where members will donate without hesitation and everyone will help each other out. I also hope that this application is not boring to read, but actually gets me somewhere in the server. I also want to learn more about plugin configuration from the server developer if thats not any trouble to him/her. Building was always hard for me, as I want to improve. I have the creativity, but not the skill.

Why you think you could build the community up? I have done it before, and i can do it now. If the owner actively helps in getting us the players we can manage and keep them for the community to grow and prosper.

How could you benefit this server and if so in what way? - at least 4 lines: I can do anything with the files that may need to be done. I have been managing minecraft servers for a while now and know what needs to be done. I am very active on server websites and can administrate the website though server update posts and tend to applications/reports of various things. I also know how to grow and keep a nice playerbase while keeping the players happy. Administrating a minecraft server takes a lot of time and that is what i have right now, filling it with helping this server would be great.
Why do you want to be Administrator on this server - at least 3 lines: I want to be an Administrator on this server because it will give me an opportunity to help a server that I know can succeed and has a good owner. Many times i have been staff and the servers have just fallen through on me and died, This server has potential and i want to see it through to the end.
What experience do you have with configs / permissions Ex - at least 2 lines: I have owned prison servers, setup myself, and various other servers. I have been doing configs for people on mc-m for over two years now and full setups.
What experience do you have with bungeecord - at least 2 lines: I setup bungeecord on a network I setup. I connected a factions and prison server to a hub and setup tab to be all players online every server.
