so as i have stated and dragonith knows so well this is how to show off a mob

Very nice, keep em coming! Seeing your models motivates me to get back into the swing of things, ahaha.

Ah, and unrelated, but you may want to avoid triple posting.

That's odd. When I read up on some dinosaur books, it said that Therizinosaurus was a carnivore.

Therizinosaurus is part of the same suborder as other bipedal carnivores like Tyrannosaurus. However, their species are unique in the fact that they are herbivores. It is believed that a common ancestor branched off and the result was the therizinosaurs giving up meat in favor of vegetation in the long run.

Please don't stop dragonith or are you being sarcastic?

    Quote from LieutenantGhost

I know this pertains nothing to your comment, but could you please answer my question if you know the answer, if not that's fine.
And I hope he's being sarcastic.

Hardly. Don't get me wrong, I won't flat out stop making Minecraft models. However, neither mod would get any of those models. It's pointless, why bother supporting two mods who are at each other's throats? It's like giving knives to two rivals to stab at with each other. As it is now though, the argument's stopped and that's fine. But if any of either side start at it again with the same, trivial argument... no accusations, I'm just out. Support both mods folks, and let F/A continue to thrive from its previous extinction.

This is the giganotosaurus i based my model off and this is the baby model I'm talking about so i don't think it needs that much extra bulk on its body
but i do agree that i could have made the head a bit bigger
    *snip

Ah, I do believe that Giga's representation's inaccurate. Eh, there's always room for improvement.~

a new more detailed version of my microraptor

and for those who didnt see it my deinonychus

    *snip

Yay dragonith commented on my post, that however is not my model as a result i did not want to completely overhaul the body design despite the legs needing some work the body and the heas needs to be more enlongated.

Ah, my mistake. Your feathered Deinonychus looks great btw. ^^
    Quote from LieutenantGhost

I hope you guys like it, it's my first time using Techne. It is heavily based off of EXDragonith's style, so it blends with the other dinos if it gets accepted. I give you Ceratosaurus:

    *snip
Give me any criticism, I want to get better. :)
Give me a like in my reputation if you can. To show support for each model. :D

Lovely textures. I'm assuming ya based the colors off the JP3 Ceratosaurus? On another note, I'd like to see some horn ridges above the eyes as well. Maybe even have the teeth jut out a little more as well, instead of just having the mouth as a flat surface.

I don't know what's going on regarding this 'code theft' thing, nor do I want to know fully in detail. I'm simply contributing to either reincarnation of the F/A mod. Regardless of who's at fault, Flammarilva left the open source to everyone. There's no reason two F/A mods can coexist at the same time. No slandering of either mod should be made. It only makes both sides look bad. If anything, I'll stop contributing any of my future models should this continue to draw out. :/

here is a preview of the giganotosaurus i've made minor model tweaks

If I may offer any criticisms, the head-to-body ratio's off.

As you can see from this picture, the head's much larger than your model's, height and length-wise. The body could use a little more bulk as well. The skin texture, however, is fine.~

Excuse me 4f, along with fixing the Dodo's Frozen Meat problem, there's another minor problem I noticed.

It appears the Dodo's feet texture is reversed according to Dingo's picture. The claws are facing the wrong way.

Awesome can you make a whole new t-rex model?

I can, but there's no real need to. Nothing's wrong with the current model as far as I know. :P

Wow, tension seems a little high....

I know you all said the last thing you're worrying about is mod compatability, but, I've floated around mod forums alot and I think I've heard of forge having an ore library or something like that, that allows mods that add ores to be compatible...I'm not sure about it, and I've done nearly no research on it, I apologize for that, but I'm just throwing this out there. If there is such a thing like that could you make this rumored amber with this library in mind, so sayyyy that it might be compatible with thaumcrafts amber?

Mm, quite. Ignoring the most recent comment, I have a new model for you all.~

Not a mistake on your part, Dragonith. :) I wanted to try out how the dinosaurs would look with "correct" limbs and animating them with a knee bend and I don't have access to your techne files so... I kinda just scrapped together a model that's close to your Spinosaurus but with different hind legs.

Mostly because I wanted to set up the models with parent-child hierarchies. I ended up making a hierarchy out of the Spinosaurus model you gave me through the java file itself anyways. Though I probably should ask you if it was ok to modify your model.

Ahahaha, so that explains it. xD

And it's fine. The models I gave you guys are yours to use however you wish. Keep up the good work! ^^

    Ah, thanks for sharing. ^^

    Although, judging by the screenshots there's a bit of a texture error on the bottom jaw of the Spinosaurus. That might've been a mistake on my part. ^^;

I LOVE! the way the new spino walks, I just wish the other dinosaurs could have legs like that... You guys should really clam down with your awesomeness... I think my head might just explode....

    Quote from PaleoBird

Would you ever consider making t-rex and Brachios legs have the cool new animations, just so spino doesn't look so different. Anyway the brachiosauruses leg animation is just not right.... a massive creatures doing a dance routine.

Er, where exactly are you seeing this?

Hey Dragonith, are they going to use your Carnotaurus model? Also who is it that made the Leopluradon model?

That, is completely up to them really.

    Bakuopp made the Liopleurodon model.
