Not sure what subject to put this under, since it would apply to several. I saw these ideas in the Marketplace and think they would be great additions to Java Minecraft. I would like to see more multi-block mechanical constructs made available in the game. They might not be workable with the current base programming of the game, so this is just a conversation starter of ideas. I am just tired of getting yet another farm item or food for every update.
Catapults and Trebuchets - Hurl destruction upon your opponents or general mayhem.
Wagons - Hook up to a horse or horses to haul several chests/barrels around or use as a mobile base.
Ships - Something better than just a rowboat. Mobile base to sail the seas in. Cannons to use? Could be powered by redstone or furnaces.
Airships - Fly the skies and watch the world unfold below you! Fight in the skies? A mobile base to explore the world in? Could be powered by redstone or furnaces.
Just some ideas of multi-block items that could be custom designed by players to suit their individual needs.
Bumping this up, still open to new players that want to build on a vanilla server - minecraft java. Small server, people on here and there. Simple rules, no drama. Prefer older builders, but will welcome mature, younger builders as well.
Small, vanilla survival server is open to recruit builders. Rules are simple, respect each other's builds, no griefing, no stealing, PVP only with permission and most of all, HAVE FUN!
We are a small group and we have established a working base in two villages. We are hoping to eventually turn a village into a city and more! Players are encouraged to work together to gather resources and build in single or group projects. Limited PVP, once we get the arena built or at some point we may have a faction area to fight in. Mostly, we are looking for new friends to build stuff and have fun.
We prefer 18 or older. Wide range of ages on this server and we have people on at all kinds of odd hours of the day/night. Mumble server available, 10 person limit at any one time for now. Sever is white listed.
Seems like I am having the same issue. I just played a few days ago, then didn't play for a little while, now the launcher works, but after I hit play, the green bar fills up and the game doesn't start. The play button stays shaded.
