    I have a custom texture pack that changes textures to look like the older ones from before biomes were added. It used to be that replacing the color overlay files with transparency would allow this, but now that's resulting in every biome colored object being replaced with a solid black texture. How do I fix this?

    So, how specifically would graphite and pyrite be used? (Specifically, what mechanisms would they be used to create?)

    It would seem to me that the sand/glass is redundant as well, as it is extremely similar to regular sand, in both appearance and function. Other than falling faster. But, realistically, what's the point?

    My main concern with the suggestion is that it would be another dimension, and our existing dimensions are still very bland. I'm not feeling the idea of having yet another undeveloped dimension in the game.

    One more thing: why should the hay position really matter? It's easier for both players and coders to make it irrelevant, and it doesn't change balance at all, since the quantities needed are the same either way.

    I can easily make it for individual options, but the problem is that when you change an option, the mod needs to rewrite the config file. With current options. Which are vanilla-like. So, this will reset all options in that module if you change something there.
    Or, I can just add additional config specially for SMP, but that's not intuitive and there will be questions like "Where did my settings go?"


    So there's no good way to get it to work?
    When asked about whether ClassicLight was still being worked on, this is the response I got:

    Do you think there's any way that you could make ClassicLight (and maybe Bedrock Fog) options usable while playing on a server? I normally use the ClassicLight mod for it, but it appears to be dead. I can understand why the option for the old lighting algorithm might not work, but considering that the ClassicLight mod used to work while playing on servers, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
