I wouldn't accept any of the money, or even enter the championship. If I did, I would literally hand someone over the money because I don't need it. I like how things are now, and I would like to keep them the way they are.
P.S. I would set some money aside for family members.... but I don't see any point in having so much money, I would just spend it all on useless crap.
I don't see why you want to build a computer just to run minecraft, you could easily find a store or go on amazon and get a laptop or desktop from hp or dell that can run 50-60 fps, maybe even more, for under $250...

Experience: I have ran my own server for several years, using all of the commands, setting up plugins, etc. I have used essentials, worldedit, worldguard, coreprotect, and logblock. My server was run for over 2 years under the name "Drucraft Survival Server", and throughout that period of time I was also a moderator, and administrator on a few other servers.
How Can You Help Our Server! : I will do my best to prevent griefers, cheaters, and hackers from destroying the server, or trolling others who are trying to enjoy their time. I have probably the most experience out of all the others, which will give me the ability to resolve issues quicker, and make sure everything is handled smoothly.

So I am running a vanilla server, and I would like to have it so when a player is within a certain radius of the command block, it changes their gamemode to adventure, and when they leave this area, it would be changed back.
I have tried it so far but it only changes the gamemode and you are stuck with that gamemode.
Vanilla, so your using the minecraft.net download? You don't need a bat file for that. Also, there are other codes to use which work fine with 64 bit and 32 bit, if your using glowstone or bukkit.

RAM is the server memory, the more the better. I would recommend GGservers, which I have personally have good experience with before.
