There should be a kind of ownership, but have it so the/an admin(s) can toggle it on and off to certain people, making it so their blocks can only be removed by them (until they leave the server ofc) and admins (maybe OPs too?)
When I was registering before I started playing I accidentally hit enter while typing my email adress (@ symbol requires shift and... ughh) and it just created the account. I can log in just fine but there is no place to change my email.
