I Downloaded every content pak made by flan and every mod i suppose to in the order but afther modloader i added audio mod then toomany items and it keeps going to saving chunks After 5 seconds if shoooting it goes to saving chunks whatever i do it keeps ruining everything. Flan please help. The error report flashes then turns black

This was a directory created by Minecraft Forge seeing that the in-game error report was about a nanosecond flash on the window. I really need help! :/ This is the first time I have used a working Minecraft Forge seeing that the game neverused to have Minecraft Forge. I know Minecraft Forge works bcause I have had this one tested with IndustrialCraft2. Please Help! Will Optifine help because its a netbook because the game is lagging?
