I'm running into the same problem.

Judging by the list you have here, and comparing that to my mod list, it seems to be Hard-Core EnderDragon that's doing it, I'll have to run another test to be sure of this.

I'm having this weird glitch whenever I use this mod and Twilight Forest together. It works good at first, but when I enter Vaeryn, this happens:

Also, when I try to leave, it shuts down. If I do it withOUT Twilight Forest, it works just fine. It's weird...

Hmm... It seems to not be working with me, it's crashing as soon as the Mojang screen goes away. I looked at the crash report, it seems to have something to do with the Mutant Skeleton.

Also, have you considered mutant slimes? I imagine they would be a mass of gelatinous tentacles.
