New command:
/summon [entity name] [x] [y] [z] [Data Tag]
Allows you to summon any entity (Including wither bosses, ender dragons, primed tnt, and ender crystals, arrows etc.).
I used it to make some Wither bosses fight an ender dragon in the overworld

I think it would be cool if Mojang added like 10 "blank disc" items that could have their audio edited in the resource pack. Then, you could have special music/messages in adventure maps.
For example, if you wanted background music or narration in your custom map, you would set the audio for one of these blank discs in the resource pack and then the narration/music would be played when the player put it in a jukebox.
The resource pack includes the textures, but makes it so that you can do more with them. Also, it allows the sounds to be edited.
How long do you think until someone makes a resource pack with the old fall damage, explosion, and bow noises? - To post a comment, please login.

Reason: I'd like to join a vanilla server. Tired of all those servers with towny etc. that make it impossible to do anything for yourself, but I want multiplayer so I can co-op or PvP.

The goal of this game is simple. Everyone starts at the bottom of the ladder and tries to get to the top first, using any weapons or tools that they find. Feel free to change the rules any way that you like. Use the map as it is or edit the towe into your world. Essentially, feel free to use it however you want!
Download the map here.

I totally like the idea of placed leather attracting hostiles. In fact, I had had a similar idea before, using different baits for each mod.
Suggestion for SMP:
Add a gold rope, which would be harder to craft, to reduce trolling. (I can totally see someone breaking a rope that someone else is on.)

The crafting recipe would be eight blocks of glass going around the middle. You place the trap, which will look like a glass block but with a slight modification to the top to tell the difference. You then right click it with an item to use as bait. For example, an apple could be placed in to attract pigs. Then you simply place the trap such that the mob will die and the mob drop will fall to an area where you can pick it up.
A second block that I would enjoy would be an advanced redstone
Where = redstone.
Essentially, this powder would transport power like redstone, but would glow yellow instead of red, and with the strength of a torch. This would make it so you could add powered lights to your house, as well as more easily repair redstone problems at night.

Mainly using golden apple because (1) It is a pig type food, and (2) I want it to be harder to trap mobs that are rarer, thus a rather expensive bait for the pigmen.

The mob trap would be fairly difficult to obtain materials for. The recipe I've been thinking of is:
Where everything is as it appears, accept maybe the arrow would be replaced by a new weapon, perhaps a bunch of spikes.
When placed next to a chest, the mob trap will place mob drops in the chest. Otherwise, they will simply be thrown randomly. Each mob would have a different type of bait, which would be loaded through a gui.
Cows=wheat
Pigs=mushroom
Chicken=apple
Squid=fish
Zombie=brains (a new zombie drop, in place of feathers)
Skeletons=feathers (because they're so cold without skin)
Creeper=gunpowder
Spider=string
Zombie pigmen=golden apples
Ghasts are too big to be killed by this trap...
The second part of this mod is an advanced zombie mode. Pretty much, this means that if you're killed by a zombie, you become a zombie until you die. Other zombies won't attack you, but you can only go outside at night, or you'll burn. While a zombie, you won't really have any special skills, but more of a chance to get close to your spawn point so that you don't lose your items.
Please respond with feedback or other ideas. If you're a modder, willing to create this mod, feel free to, just mention that I had the idea.
