This post is for any faction servers out there in need of staff. I have been looking at many different servers and none of them need any new staff. The only requirement is that your server be decently active (20+ people on at any given time). If you need me to I will give out my Skype as well as submit an application. I am also an excellent builder of spawns and lobbies.

Minecraft skills: I have been playing MineCraft for 3 years and have learned to build many things with redstone as well as building extremely large xp farms.
Why you should accept me: I am very good at showing up to events, I am fun to work with and can take humor, I do youtube [YouTube.com/TheTechnicalCrafting] and I would LOVE to join a vanilla server.
What experience do you have with Minecraft: 3 Years, running 2 of my own servers
What made you apply for my server: I would like a vanilla server to record on that feels a bit like MindCrack
How active can you be: about 3-4 hrs weekdays 6 hrs+ on weekends
Why should we add you: I am a wonderful person to work with, I enjoy vanilla whitelisted servers very much and I believe this server could be the one for me
What do you like doing the most on Minecraft: Building very large experience farms
Strengths (dont be overly cocky): Redstone and Bow skills
What can you contribute to the server/what would you do: I would build redstone devices, large xp farms, interact with other members to pvp and build arenas, Oh, The Ideas I have!

Have you wanted to create a fantastic server for everyone to play on but never had any ideas for the spawn or nobody to build it?

Screenshots will not be necessary as I have a server dedicated to showing my creations off, simply contact me on Skype for the IP and whitelist.
