Character Story (min 100 words): Thomas grew up the simple peasant life in his old village of Urak. Both of Thomas' parents were farmers and fairly simple people, so Thomas was a very simple boy and had a very simple upbringing. Thomas expected his entire life to be in the village, and so he devoted all of his time to learning how to become the best farmer he could be. Around his 17th birthday, a squire was sent to the town and set up a local library. Day by day, Thomas would take frequent visits to the library, and eventually became a student of the squire. Thomas was taught how to read, write, farm efficiently, use logic, and sword fight. Confident now that the world was something much greater than his simple village of Urak, Thomas went out to the world to begin a new life.
Why should you be whitelisted?: (Min 50 words) As another other player, I am dedicated to myself. I wish to play Minecraft because I am mainly concerned about what I do and what I am able to gain by doing that. With servers like this, however, I tend to become devoted to making them a better place, to bettering everybody and everything I come into contact with. This usually stems back to the self-centeredness that most people have; I wish for this server to be better by my actions for myself. You can expect to have a hardworking, laid back, yet friendly player who involved heavily in the server.

JehZirO, I have a quick questions regarding the mobs. It appears that I cannot shoot skeletons with arrows, is this due to lag I might be experiencing or the plugin?
The oceans and water ways in the Minecraft world are far too underdeveloped for such a game that boasts sandbox qualities. Boats are solely used for a quick, often jerky and laggy trip across the ocean.
Imagine larger boats, boats where three, four, or even five of you and your friends could pile on and sail around, all while having a great time. In exchange for seating you can opt to put chests and furnaces along the deck of your newly created vessel to transport large amounts of goods over the vast oceans. For the PvP orientated, why not have boat battles, or sail the seas as a pirate with your crew? Docks would finally have a purpose in towns, and allowing for the boats to be fully customizable would be a generous feature as well. The possibilities are endless, as a sandbox game should be.
With the coming 1.8 update shedding some light on the ocean gameplay, bigger boats would make a great addition to the already upgraded ocean biomes. I know there are already a few mods out there that allow for bigger boats, but most of them are outdated as of now, and none are for multiplayer. Minecraft is due for bigger, badder, and better boats.
The northern border town of Trier is coming along very nicely in both resource production and construction after only four days. The population has now hit five active members, and progress has been great.

Why the Empire (short summary): I used to play on Mirage with Draconia, but after they fell apart I took a short break from MC. I am back now and wish to go back to that amazing server.

Bio: I've taken a roughly three week break from Minecraft and now wish to get back into the game. I'll be off summer break soon, but during the school year I should be on during the evening for a few hours, but my schedule could be limited due to wrestling and studying. I can do just about everything there is to do in MC, and really enjoy farming.
Why Yggdrasil?: This clan looks very well run and I would wish to be apart of something that will be successful. I hope to have fun here as well as make sure that the clan succeeds.
