I think that, if Mojang supported modded realms, and pre-configured available mods so that you only needed to select which mods to include, that the fees they're charging for these servers is reasonable. I'd certainly consider it.
As is, I can't get what I want from Mojang, and even if I wanted to play vanilla I could get the same thing from another host (with the same amount of effort) for less money.

The previous poster's suggestion will allow you to use more memory for minecraft, but it won't fix your error. You need to add the JVM argument "-XX:PermSize=256m". If you need more, you can increase it more " -XX:MaxPermSize=512m", for example.
The problem you're encountering is not that minecraft doesn't have enough memore, but that Java doesn't have enough memory. I run 512m for 101 mods, so that may be about what you need.

Can you publish the crash file for us? P:\Users\Brandon\Desktop\Minecraft server\server\.\crash-reports\crash-2014-08-09_13.02.04-server.txt
There isn't enough information here to say for certain, but I think you're using a mod that has a dependency, but didn't include the dependency.

The server that was unavailable was Mojang's authentication server. When you get this error, check here: http://xpaw.ru/mcstatus/ If the login circle is red, that's the issue, not your server.
