I'd also like a config option for spawning biomes - I'm working on a modpack for 1.12 using the ezWastelands mod to retexture the world into a barren dessert. but tumbleweeds will only spawn in biomes that are registered as desserts -- and I'd love to have some wiggle room there.

I accidentally overwrote the ones I had - and the server I play on hasn't updated to v13 - so I'm stuck unable to log in.
