We have a logo, that makes it real, right?
This is gonna take a while, we're new to Minecraft modding. But Notch damn it if we aren't going to try our hardest.
We'll be recruiting people later on who have more knowledge of Forge modding than us.
Thanks so much for everyone who still loves this mod. Huge shout out to UncleMion, who without the original Gulliver mod, we wouldn't have these 300 pages of love and support for such a crazy and fun concept. I hope they are doing well.

Before the Minecraft Forum shuts down forever, I just want to say that my friend Arceus3251 and I are working on a remake of this mod. We're calling it Project S. I'll advertise the :SSSS: out of it when we have a working build. (First build will be for 1.12.2). I will not let this mod die. Love you all.

You people are going to get this thread locked.

This is one of my favorite mods, too. But we have no idea what's happening in Mion's life. Spamming this thread with pls update mod i wanna update so i can play it!! most likely just pisses Mion off to the point of not wanting to ever touch Gulliver again. This is the only mod of its kind, there is no framework to base it off of, it's written entirely from scratch. The fact Mion even got this version of Forge is a miracle. You guys need to give him/her a break. If you like the mod that much, downgrade to 1.6.4 and install it, or learn to write the mod yourself for the latest version, but good luck with that.

UncleMion, keep being awesome, and if you see this, don't let everyone else get to you. I don't care if this mod never gets updated again, I'll keep coming back to it because I love it and it's cool.

    Digi out.

    Dear UncleMion,

Remember me? I was the weird kid who kept PMing you about removing basesize caps. (I was going through a very awkward period of my life.) A lot has changed since then, I've moved twice and had many changes of perspective. So, before I begin, I would like to apologize for nearly harassing you years ago. ^_^ No hard feelings?

Anywho, through all my changes in personality and situation, I've never stopped following this mod. To make it up to you, and because face it, I'm bored as Nether, I've made some suggestions and icons for you!

For these pixel arts, I've decided to go with a red = small, blue = large motif. Feel free to change that if you wish. I recommend the Conditional Hue and Saturation plugin from Megalo Effects if you want to achieve that.

First off, you mentioned wanting to add rayguns. I have made some mock up icons for...

    • a small gun: small gun
    • a large gun: big gun

I also had an idea that, due to 1.7's new flowers, dyes would be to easily obtained, and we could replace dyes with crystals that are crafted, and only stackable to 1. Here is a...

    • shrinking crystal minus crystal
    • growing crystal plus crytsal

Next up, 1.9 introduced tipped arrows, arrows that apply potion effects! Here is...

    • a ensmallening arrow shrink arrow
    • an embiggening arrow grow arrow

Lastly, an idea for a new command: /basesizeadd! The compliment to /basesizemult, would add the parameter to the target's basesize, rather than multiply (subtracting would be done with negative values.)

You are an amazing developer, and I hope you accept my apology and consider my suggestions. Keep being awesome, Mion.

    METASUGGESTION

Unless, you read every comment in the thread as a daily routine (definitely not me...) then you don't really know what's planned for the next update. There should be a section in the main post for that. Thanks!

    Quote from UncleMion

Thanks for the well-wishes, guys :) Also, thanks for helping answer questions in the thread while I've been away. I'm doing better enough now to try to cover some of the problems people are having, and hope to be back to the actual code before much longer.

    ...
    Now, get lost. :Zombie:

    OH MY GOD, NO.
I am so sorry UM, I didn't mean for it to sound harsh or intrusive.
Here's the story. I have Asperger's syndrome, and sometimes I obsess about things. I can't help it; for instance, when my father says something along the lines of 'if you ask for it again, you're not getting it', I nearly go into a state of dementia. I am very sorry for doing this to you, or making you feel uncomfortable.

You are one of my my favorite modder, and I hope I can make it up to you some how. I understand that you are firm in your beliefs, and I apologize for trying to sway you otherwise.

    A true fan,
    ~Digi :slime:

posted a message on [WIP] [BuildCraft/Forge] LiquidBlocks 0.1
    [PUT PRETTY PICTURE HERE LOL]

    LiquidBlocks 0.1 - A BuildCraft Addon
    by GRANTSWIM4 and DigiDuncan

    What is LiquidBlocks?
LiquidBlocks is a plugin that allows (mostly) all (currently only) vanilla blocks to be turned into liquids, and stored in tanks, buckets, capsules, etc.

    And I want this why?
It's extremely convient! Liquids flow pretty fast through pipes, and can even be teleported, meaning that it is useful for transportation, equal splitting, crafting, and more!

    Is it compatible with [mod]?
Most likely. This mod will only work with BuildCraft installed, but it will be compatible with most, if not all, variations of Tekkit that include BC. (Even the YogCraft!)

Why can't I liquify [mod item]?
Currently, in the dev version of LB, only vanilla blocks can be liquified. But if it is asked for enough, we may add support for [mod]!

    Where's the download link?
Um... get back to us on that one.

The mod is currently being developed by GRANTSWIM4 and DigiDuncan, and a public release will be available as soon as it's... available.

Can I use this in a mod pack?
Yes, please. We love it when people enjoy our mods, and getting it to more people is always appreciated. Just please credit GRANTSWIM4 and DigiDuncan, and if possible, link back to this forum thread.

Who can I credit for this amazing gift from the heavens?
The idea and concept is by GRANTSWIM4 and DigiDuncan. Java coding was 98% done by GRANTSWIM, not including the BC API and Forge. DigiDuncan did the texturing for this mod.
