Thanks so much for everyone who still loves this mod. Huge shout out to UncleMion, who without the original Gulliver mod, we wouldn't have these 300 pages of love and support for such a crazy and fun concept. I hope they are doing well.
Before the Minecraft Forum shuts down forever, I just want to say that my friend Arceus3251 and I are working on a remake of this mod. We're calling it Project S. I'll advertise the out of it when we have a working build. (First build will be for 1.12.2). I will not let this mod die. Love you all.
Is it impossible to get this mod working in MultiMC? That'd make life a lot easier for me if I could, thanks.

I'm advocating against MCreator, not for it. I think you might've misunderstood me.
I think a good way to make an interesting mod for other players for a toolset and armor and stuff like that ... would be if you would turn your mod into an addon for the Aether Legacy mod for example. So you'd make an ore that generates in the Aether which is somewhere in its rarity and durability between Zanite and Gravitite. I think thats something people would actually enjoy playing AND allows you to practice modding while still being able to release it and get feedback from people. Aether Legacy addons have been done before, so there is a market for that!
Why is MCreator so hated? It's a decently powerful tool for what it is ,and as long as someone doesn't try to pass the code off as there own, I see no problem with using MCreator to add features to the game you wish we there / want to have. I've used it to make funny meme mods I've sent to my friends, and they usually work very well (e.g., no bugs if they weren't my fault.) Can you explain the hate towards it? Is the creator disliked by the community?
I believe UncleMion has abandoned this mod and has no plans to open source it. Though this is sad, I imagine if they figured out how to do it, someone else can too. I may try to look into adjusting player size via mods at some point in the future, but I'm not really a Java guy. I'm sad to see this mod die.
Title. If not, is there a port? Painterly is my favorite pack from back in the day, but with the new format, it's not compatible quite. Attack indicator is gone, inventory crafting is not aligned correctly, missing textures, etc. Help out?

A mod called Chiseled Me is the closest you're going to get. Has no where near as much cool stuff as Gulliver though, just growing and shrinking.
