posted a message on How to play MCBE for Windows 10 at lower resolutions!

If you have played minecraft bedrock edition on Windows 10, you might know the game doesn't support the ability to be played at lower resolutions since the game doesn't natively support this but we can force the game to be played at a lower resolution by changing our screen resolution manually. Well that is quite easy just go into your windows settings and change it! But the problem lies when you want to alt + tab out of minecraft to access some other application then you have to go back and manual set your screen resolution to your screen's native resolution but this process can be automated so whenever minecraft is launched your screen resolution changes whenever the game is only launched.

I made a program which automates this process. The program was made utilizing AutoHotkey and the Hotkey Resolution Changer.

    1. After Downloading the Zip File, Extract the Contents to a safe place i.e another Drive or your C Drive.

    2. Navigate into the folder like this:
"Where ever you placed the file"\MCBE-Res\HRC
    And Launch HRC.exe

    3. Once launched the application should look like this:

    Click "Cancel"

    4. Now navigate to the system tray and look for an icon like this one:

    Click on the Monitor Icon

    5. Now the application should look like this:

Now in the which has the text "Hotkey"
Click on Change and do the following key combos:
    Hotkey Box 1: Ctrl+ Windows Key + [
    Hotkey Box 2: Ctrl + Windows Key + ]
Now it should look like this:

Now out of the 2 dropdowns select the second one and you should see a list of supported resolutions on your device.
Out of these select your preferred resolution lets if you have a 1920x1080 monitor then go for 1280x720.

    6. After you are done with this close HRC and launch MCRes.exe and Launch MC and the game will be running at a lower resolution!

posted a message on Unusual CPU Lag resulting in Low FPS.

Hello, I recently began to notice that my fps in minecraft was 25-30% more less than what it was before that the game would run between 250-300 fps constantly but it has dropped to 100-250 FPS.

Before I going into how this problem started, here are my device specs:
    i5-8350U 1.7 GHz~3.6 GHz
    8 GB RAM
    Intel UHD Graphics 620

    Ok now how it started:
So it happened in the morning during my tuition class. Now for the online tuition class I using zoom. I started to browse the internet casually for timepass and then my internet just slowed down. I tried connecting to multiple routers still the problem persisted. But when I closed zoom the problem got fixed and eventually the Wi-Fi problem. After this minecraft started to lag as crazy as hell, I used msi afterburner to check what was going on only to see that my CPU Clock went down to 0.40 GHz?!?! Upon further diagnosing my GPU usage higher than my cpu usage. My GPU Usage was at 100% and my CPU was hanging around 20%~30%.

I even tried using throttlestop to check what the problem was it near the "Limits Button" it showed "Power" in red. Also my cpu clocks would only buff if i unplugged my power adapter. I even tried disabling hyperthreading on my cpu and then to only see my fps if i were to even enable hyperthreading.

I even tested MC Bedrock to be sure my system was working properly.

How can I fix this problem?

You can remove packs and reinstall them or in general DLC to do that:
    1. Go to the title screen.
    2. Settings=> Storage=> Use multiselect to delete multiple content or you delete content one by one.
    3. Remove any resource pack and world templates from your device and reinstall the DLC.

Yep. Make sure to keep everything updated.

    Quote from jivedragon5842»

So I've been playing the newest version of Minecraft recently, and it has been taking forever to load. It's been like this for a month now, and it's kinda annoying. I'll start Minecraft pass the Mojang logo, get to where it says Minecraft in the big letters with the loading bar, it gets to a little bit before halfway, and then stops. It doesn't freeze, it just sits in that same spot for like an hour. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it, and it did nothing. I want to play with my friends, but it wastes so much valuable time I could be using to play. Can anyone help me?

So it sits at the loading bar of the boot screen? If that is so it might an account sign in issue as it takes sometime to auto sign if you have slow internet. But if possible just tell if your internet is fast or slow. Also try playing on another network so check if you can play sign in issue generally make the game stuck at boot screen since it trying to sign you in.
