Thank you Diamond_King099 So much for all the help! I wouldnt of been able to do what I did without you! My server is now moving along and its all because of you!
Ok, Ive got warps, perms, and spawns to be separate. I need everything else separate (Different Inventorys, homes, echests, ect.) like almost every world is a new server. So if you /list in one world it wont show people in other worlds (Same goes for Tab). Is there a plugin to do this? I know there is one where if you do /server it list all the servers you can connect to. Whats that called?
That's BungeeCord. Bungee allows you to link multiple servers together, but you'll have to rent multiple servers or a VPS, so it can get a bit pricey.
Make sure that you have set the worlds spawn point with '/mv set spawn'. Use '/mv spawn' to go to the worlds spawn.
You could create an alias in the Bukkit commands.yml to make /spawn work as /mv spawn.
As to having a separate chat for each world, you'd need to have a chat plugin that supports multiple worlds. HeroChat seems popular, I've never used it though.
As to making homes/warps carry over, you'd have to look into a homes/warps plugin that has multi world support.
I doubt someone is just going to make this for you... Creating ranks doesn't take hardly any coding experience... If you want to run a successful server then you need to be able to do these things yourself.
It also appears that you are using two permissions plugins... PEX and GM. Use one or the other, you can't have two.
You will need a permissions plugin, I recommend PermissionsEX. If you happen to be using Essentials, it has a built in permission system, however it only works with Essentials commands.
Would you mind trying to make it? I would be VERY grateful, and if you would like to visit the server upon opening I could give you a fairly good reward
I'll see what I can do. Do you want a different percentage for each group?

Click on their profile and hit "Send Message". You will still have to wait for them to reply, and they still may not even reply at all.

You can PM members on here or on other forums such as Spigot.

I've never actually used Bungee, so I'm afraid I won't be of much help here.... Have you read and followed the directions on the BungeeCord Wiki?
If you keep on having this problem, consider making a new thread for it.
Good luck!

Heh, glad I could help!

BungeeCord is free, but server hosting is not. Server hosting costs monthly.

I've never used Factions, but I'd first check out it's Bukkit/Spigot page and read the documents on the config and permissions.
If there's no built in way to disable it, you could try PerWorldPlugins, I've heard that it's buggy though.

Your formatting is all wrong. Take a look at the PEX Wiki.
You will need a chat plugin (such as EssentialsChat) for the prefixes to show up.

A quick Google search would have provided the answers to both of your questions.
There are tons of forums, wikis, YT channels, blogs, etc. dedicated to this stuff.

If you can't find anything on Bukkit Dev or Spigot Resources, try posting a plugin request on the Bukkit or Spigot forums.
If that doesn't work out I might be able to whip up something myself.
