When i click Mcreator.exe nothing happens, then i click START.bat and it starts instalaling again every time i click it And set path variable.bat does not excist

As mentioned earlier, and by looking at your recipe, you are referring to a bug that has been reported now. You can't make recipes with mod items in this version for some reason. So, you may have to wait, sorry. D:
The other thing? If you tried using modloader and MCeator PE, then that would have the result you got. The download says to have it as a clean jar for this version. So, remove any mods, force update, try again. Unless you are using 1.3.2 for some reason.
