That's not true. So many thing don't work properly when you buy them, especially games and game consoles. Have you even bought a game before? Have you never once found bugs or glitches? That's the product not working properly. Do I get my money back because they released it like that? No. When an xbox gets RRoD, do I get my money back for it? Nope. When a computer malfunctions for some unknown reason, do I get my money back for it? Nope. When a toaster, of all things, decides it doesn't want to work anymore, do I get my money back for it? Nope.

You obviously don't know what you're talking about. In the grown up world, we have to deal with things like that and move on.

I blame the advertising though - big companies were promoting "giant realeases" with tons of hype (and BS, as those games sucked) while this was in Alpha, and even Now in Beta, and still Minecraft has almost no advertising going on for it in the real media world.

Online it spread like a virus, but as for people that don't Facebook (like me) or things like that regulary - finding out about such a diamond of a game as this was pure luck.

If only there was more Beta people like you. You seem to understand. Before I bought Minecraft, the only place I heard about it was from my friend saying how cool it was, so I gave it a shot when I got the money. Other than that, I never heard anything before hand.

I'm not entirely sure what that means, as I don't use redstone that often but I built mine facing a different direction than kindless' one and it still worked.

Are you sure? I built one identical to his and mine worked just fine. At first, I missed something but I fixed it once I found out the problem.

They get mad because we bought the game before them and got something because of it. I really don't see why they are that pissed off. It's not like most knew. I know I never heard anything until my friend said something months after I purchased Minecraft.

Minecraft is still in Beta testing if you haven't noticed. Of course there is going to be bugs. That's why we are here, Beta testers. Some of us, like me, we Alpha testers and there were testers before us! We are all testers for an upcoming game. It's public Beta but that doesn't mean it's not going to have bugs.

What I'm seeing from everyone complaining about bugs, it seems like they don't understand that Minecraft is still in testing. There IS going to be bugs, deal with it. Minecraft is still in the works and not officially released, so, why do people think it is? Everyone should be happy that you are finding the bugs so that Notch and the team can fix them to make the game better once it's released. Not everything is going to be perfect when there is an update.

People really need to stop complaining about a game that is still in development, nuff said. If you really need to complain about every little thing, go make a game yourself.

I've found 2 slimes before. I kept hearing this splishy noise, so I decided to go figure out what it was. 2 slimes right next each other, jackpot! I go to try and kill it, server laggin' like a boss. 2 small slimes start pushing me, I back into a corner, they are lagging in and out of the floor. I can't get out of this spot but I really want to kill the slimes. I couldn't kill the smaller slimes either. I couldn't do anything.. D:

I ended up having to shutdown Minecraft and relog back in.. They were gone. Haven't seen another since.

Post count doesn't get you a bigger e-penis. Neither does being a kiss-ass. Have you read any posts in all of this forum? There are so many people who swear. Want to know why? It isn't censored. If it was censored, the swearing would either decrease or there would still be swearing but it would be censored.

Don't like the fact that people swear? Grow up and you'll see that everyone does.
