Will it fix the glitch where if your computer or minecraft crashes it will delete your save?

My guess is you right click and are greeted with a message like "would you liike to sleep" yes/no

Back in October, when Notch implemented biomes he said he was going to implement weather too. Like 50% rain per day in rain forest or you could freeze to death in snow biomes, etc. Has there been any word on this since? I really would love this feature.

How can some of you guys play with less than 30fps? If i can't get more than 60fps in my games I don't even play them because it looks terrible.

Uh, yeah because this game is about graphics. I'd rather get something to boost up FPS first.

The new save format should increase everyones fps 2-3x better than what it is right now

Cut them some slack Jack, in a few years they'll realized that they were just as 'mature' as everyone else.

I see most people claiming it only appears around the diamond layer, but i just found at some at lvl 32.

would be cool if you finished this. I was working on a giant house (100x80x50) and it was mainly wood and was going to act as a seaport. After I had collected like 2 chests full tree trunks and placed them all with only finishing like 1/2 of the outside, I quit.

Personally I'm guessing it's so rare because Notch plans on adding some form of jewelery that gives magical powers or something.
