Different color wires that do not connect with each other, multi-colored redstone lamps, vertical redstone, maybe pipes and things that can take things out of/put things in chests.

    try buildcraft....exactly what you described

Understood. Thank you. Will try another way. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? Or I should change the construction?

Unless your constructions is restricted to one block wide you can simply put a track switch in your lower track. One way would lead in a small spiral to the upper rail.
    Problem solved.

Alternatively, if you're using the Better Than Wolves mod you could build a vertical elevator to get something similar like in your picture

    It's very likely their surname.
Naturally, it could also be Penis, but there's no available data on the dimensions of Schwarzenegger's and Fox's organs so this solution needs to be proven.
Surname could also be wrong as the name Schwarzenegger can also be viewed as short compared to other possible surnames. But since Fox's name is declared as short this issue can somewhat be resolved (it still depends on opinion).
(Besides, I don't want to know in detail about the sexual practices my parents are involved)

I don't think there's much option to place 100 gunmen in a circle with a diameter of 40 feet and still have an orderly execution (they have to be within 20 feet from pete). Other than that it's probably a circle around him with the reasoning that they wouldn't dare shooting at him like that as they would kill their buddies if they miss. But that's basing on the assumption that they wouldn't do that, which is not given in the context.

Mark. Based on very meager evidence.

The note says "Question-mark Crimson. He broke your window."
Again, this appears to be the correct answer as there is very little information given about the suspects and the only piece of information allowing any separation between them are their names. This is also basing on the assumption that the note is true.
