The Realms of Caeldor is a survival roleplay server where you, the players Start with a blank slate and mold your character. Will you be a strong warrior, humble farmer, blessed priest, or even a powerful wizard?
The World of Caeldor is shaped and reworked by the players. The players make the biggest mark on the world than anything. Within the Realms of Caeldor there are things known as events. These are large scale roleplay things that effect the world. Maybe an evil necromancer appears to overtake a city? Maybe the Troll king decides to make a meal out of all the metal in your village? Or maybe the gods smiled on you and have blessed you with bountiful harvests.
The entire world is being created specifically for this server by one of our very talented admins in world painter. After he is finished with that, we will go in and fill it full of ruins, dungeons, and landmarks for you to discover!
The Realms are home to three major races of men. Dwarves, Elves, Humans.
The Dwarves are shorter, stronger men that are more familiar with mountains and the earth. They worship the spirits of the stones and mountain ranges.
The Elves are joyful and often times primitive. They make their homes in the dark forests of their ancient island homeland where they worship the spirits of trees and nature.
The Humans are the newest group of people to arrive in the land. They are curious and adaptive and make their home in many places.
We here at The Realms of Caeldor have finely tuned the rules and professions to create a fun and vibrant world with many roleplay chances, and a tight community. Our staff is caring and we adore to roleplay with most people. Be warned, we are rather serious about roleplay so we expect some level of prior knowledge but this is not always needed.
