Don't see why. Look who's making a ton of the commits https://github.com/TeamTwilight/twilightforest/commits/1.11.2
Well… that's definitely good news
This seems like a really good mod to have. There's just a few questions I have before doing so.
1) Is this a client mod? And
2) Is it compatible with JourneyMaps?
Ok, glad to know that I could(?) impart an idea to keep in mind.
The reason I asked is because it would be a good reason to keep a tight lid on your plant creations. <<<You could a prehistoric seedling, think "oh what the heck, it's just one plant; it won't grow too much", and plant it in your garden. You leave to go on a mining expedition and don't arrive back until a few minecraft days/weeks later. When you arrive back *WHAM* you find more of those prehistoric plants all around the area. You would be like "WTF, how did there become more; did it reproduce with itself?!?" You then move to remove all the extra specimens; BUT, depending on the number that there are when you arrive back, it could take from a few minutes up to several minecraft days to remove those extras. And that's not including any additional plants that sprout up when you're not looking, which would extend your removal of said plants by a few minutes to another day or so, depending on whether or not you would be willing to work at night. In the end, you would've removed all the plants in your area and either disposed of them or put the specimens in storage. You take a look around the area you cleared out afterwards for the next day or so to make sure you had removed all of the prehistoric invaders. Feeling satisfied that there will be no more, you decide to give the search a rest. A few days later when you leave on another expedition and travel a certain distance from your home. "OH COME ON!!" As it turns out, you probably had missed at least one of those invaders, and now they were colonizing a new area further away from your home. What happens afterwards is based on what you do to manage it.>>>
… So yeah, that's just why I asked about plants spreading without water. Mostly because I would love to hear about people creating a plant that grows out of control.
… I'm just going to stop typing no~
I've been hearing things about TMT, so I was wondering what the status with the team is currently (would prefer it if a member of the team explained what's going on.)
Maybe for technology: weapons could be developed to the muskets and bayonets of the late 18th century, maybe even improved a little further to the mid-late 19th century. The 19th century was also the time that oil was being mined *hint hint*
… what about rainfall that periodically refills the limited amounts of water, as well as occasionally creating temporary new bodies of water that despawn over time, leaving behind muddied dirt and such?
I'm looking forward to seeing how Fabe will react to these new models on his Dinosaur Mine series
Question: what will happen to the Nether and End dimensions; will we be able to access them still, or will they be closed off from the overworld?
