like 3 to 5 mobs that spawn in the world come directly towards no matter what distance and the other group of hostile mobs not coming directly towards me but camping around my general area. The game doesn't feel much like a survival game, I can spend several minutes outside at night and cut down wood and not have any monsters attack me. I have a lava trap outside my house but it doesn't make much a difference because hardly any monsters show up. Maybe on top of having a survival mode you have a hardcore survival mode where monsters are constantly at your throat
