New Problem, The Server log is skipping my mods, or that's what it said, it goes "Skipping Id '**********' of X mod" which just so happens to be all non client side mods. As well as every now and again it comes up with the fore mentioned server gui where it doesn't provide server logs or Crash logs. The Tutorials also supplied this script along side them java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar forge.1.12.2.universal.
I've followed This tutorial to the bone, and several others but my server wont load them. I have no problem launching a non modded one but Vanilla minecraft is kind of boring for my friends and I. Below is what the Server GUI looks like for me when launching the server.

Uh the server has appeared to fix it's self... before the server wouldn't create any logs including crash logs, but it's better now.
