Its more of somthing thats been with us since the begining of the game, so i can understand why people are upset. This is made worse by there being no real reason to change the name of somthing thats pretty much iconic now.
I think most of the hate from this update comes from the fact it adds so much fluff material instead of fixing major gaping holes in the game right now. I'm in that side, why add horses when we have pigs, why not give us somthing to make exploration intresting instead of same ole same ole.
I just wish this update added more to the game then decour and horses, both of which could have been added later when many other issues were addressed
SInce i love/am addicted to fireworks i would love a way to just caft a ton of gunpowder without the hassle of killing creepers. While its super easy its such a chore and i'd much rather just gather some resources and be able to work those into gunpowder.
I'd played longer then that, but thats the day i actaully bought my account. Mostly helping friends make builds on there accounts the first time i ever played it wa sprobably jan 2011 but yeah my account is november 3
No support, they really aren't hard to fight and the begining of the game needs to be hard so you get some sense of a good job done when you get the good gear.
How is an item that literally just sits there, and allows you to sleep op ? Skipping the night isn't OP I never use it to skip early game for the adventure factor of it, i only use it to set a spawn point in my house, I normally build on my spawn or at least within sight of my spawn just so compasses are actually worth building. Skipping nights normally doesn't come till im decked out late game and am just bored with killing mobs and their drops are useless to me (seriously i have chests full now) so skipping the night just allows me to build, expand, or harvest from my wood farm without the annoyance of mob drops filling my inventory.
Now a higher tier bed might be cool with the changed recipe maybe the heal you at the iron blocks and wool, but anyways beds arent OP in the slightest. so No support
It really depends, while i get that many of them want to test it out before they buy in the past since there wasnt a demo thats fine. Yet now there is a demo so there is no excuse for pirating/ cracked games to test it out, and for not having the money to buy the game... well how spoiled are people that they cant just wait and save up for pete sakes have some patience its not hard to wait a month or two for a game that has as many hours as minecraft.
The thing that worries me is the people who act like "they have a tone of money so why do they need more" they need more cause if we want them to keep updating they kinda need to see more money coming in so they know new people are buying the game also to help them knowing its worth it to update.
probably 6 or 7 stacks atm, a good mine and the fortune enchantment makes for easy pickings an hour or too you can get a full stack, after that it just gets boring
I'm not sure what you mean by description, like in your original post or in the Mojang blog post? Also, there's one thing I'd like to point out about the blog post that I didn't notice earlier. They updated it to say "Update: April fools! ".
Beat me to the punch lol also you're asking to stop arguments on a topic that is almost certain to attract the arguments where does that make sense ?
