The story
In the days of old, one would often be regailed with tales of the three kingdoms. Children would question their parents about the Great War, only to be told that a single, disastrous event changed the course of history. Known as Coralus, Numor, and Theandrea, the three kingdoms prospered above any other. Their Kings, highly respected by everyone, knew the limitations of their influence, thus they setteled for the land they already claimed. Trumped by these similarities was a clash over one crucial issue; Magic! Coralus, seized by strife and famine in recent times, blamed their troubles on magic, and with to see it, and all who weilded it, eradicated from the planet. Numor wished for the exact opposite. They wished for magic to be nutured, and prized above all. They wished it to flourish in every corner of the globe. Theandrea a nation where the population ranged from simple peasants with no magical ability, to mages, who weilded immense power coursing through their veins, was divided, therefore they chose to remain neutral. But oddly enough, it was in Theandrea that the event that started the Great War took place. Coralus, a landlocked nation, save for Lake Alus, was founded upon a desert oasis by Servia Coralus and his followers, including Thero, a notable war hero from the war against Vendak. Numor was founded at the foot of Mount Thiraum upon the vast grassland by Thiros Alsem. Notable kings included Valrog and Valgor, from whom Vargov is descended. Theandrea, the last and arguably most prosperous of the three, was founded near the mountain of the Gods. Lady Thea was the founder of the city along with her most trusted followers. By remaining neutral in the numerous wars that raged across the land, they were able to prosper for many centuries. The Kingdoms endured hardships and basked in prosperity alike alongside each other, and were quite content and happy. But all that was about to change.
A flash of lightning and a sharp crack of thunder seemed to convey the somber mood of the man walking towards the bar. The wind seemd to pick up slightly as the man quickened his pace, as if it were hurrying him along. Shaking off the rain,he grunted slightly in annoyance and he opened the door. It reeked of old alcohol, but something else permeated the air just enough for the man to notice. It was a bar for magicians. The man looke around the room, and spotted a table occupied by a lone figure. He walked over and took a seat. Taking off his cloak, he was revealed as the Prince of Coralus. The figure shifted slightly and began speaking in a low, hushed voice.
"Why have you come here, prince? It is unsafe for you."
"I wish to learn magic, sir. Yes, I understand that my father despises magic above all else, but I want to learn. I accept the risks and I am unafraid of what may happen," replies the prince in a calm and steady voice, but his eyes
shift back and forth between every person in the bar.
"Do you realize what position this puts my kingdom in? Numor will be endangerd because of this. I requested we meet in Theandrea because of it's neutrality. But that can only get us so far."
"As I said, I understand the dangers sir, but be assured, I will do my best to maintain secrecy for these meetings."
The door opened silently, yet everyone seemed to notice. In walked a man of seemingly high importance. His clothes were fashionable and the sword at his hip was encrusted with a slight gold trim. His gaze found it's way to everyone in the bar who noticed his entrance. The noise level died down to a hush. He walked over to the bar and took a seat, as the bartender quietly slipped him a drink and went back to serving the others. After each sip the man gazed at the patrons of the bar, until he noticed the two figured speaking in hushed tones. The stool creaked as he slid off and began to walk over to the table. They both look up as he approaches and he is taken aback at the two men sitting together. The man confronts the prince and the mysterious man, who is revealed to be the Head Mage in the Royal Court of Numor. Both notice that the man is none other than the Royal Advisor to the Queen of Theandrea. The seated men rose hastily and went out the door. The advisor followed them, trying to stop them. The prince turned around, at the bidding of the Mage and killed the advisor.
"Do you know what this will cause?" asks the prince, pointing to the body of the advisor.
"It will cause war, yes. But did you not just tell me that you accept the risks of our meetings? You can escape in secret that way," replied the Mage.
A shimmer of light appears between the two men and suddenly this vision vanishes, leaving only the light. You follow it and it starts to vanish as you arrive on the vast lands of Kithelois amid a chaotic scene. The ground before you is littered with countless bodies, the grass stained a muddy red from the blood spilled upon it. In front of you a single cobblestone path diverges into three. One made of iron, forged by the hands of men skilled in smithing, that leads to the Kingdom of Coralus. Another made from a blue ore, crafted by highly skilled mages, leads to Numor. Finally, the path in the middle, made from simple gravel, set down by hand and magic alike, leads to Theandrea.
Which path do you take and how will you decide the fate of the lands?
More Lore
Kithelois is an ancient land of myth and magic. The civilizations have always had an opinion on the magic found in the land and its denizens. Not many people anymore know the story of how Kithelois came to be or what caused the great wars to leave only three civilizations left. The tale is one of those tales people hear and say... Nope it couldn't have happened like that.
Kithelois is a land around three Millennia old. It formed with the colliding of the two super continents called Hiruas and Kithah. This collision sparked many different events that would help bring about the land we know today. This collision brought about the great quake that made the Range of Heaven where the God mountain is located. One thing is for sure. Locked away inside the depths of the abyss of the mountain is a god. Most believe that this is why the continents came together; to lock him up. The land shook violently for many years while the mountains formed leaving many civilizations ruined or lost. This event caused a loss life never before seen in the world. Nearly seventy-nine percent of life was lost. The dark elves were all, but lost in this Tragedy. The ancient dwarven kingdom of Turlias was lost in the dark abyss. None escaped from the once proud kingdom. The high elven kingdom Liorus was lost to the great sea of burning fire as it erupted from the ground near their home.
Yet hope remained for life on the new Kithelois. The human kingdoms of Northsong, Poiaus, Jurnas and Swiftwood remained as well as the Elven kingdoms of Parune and Muna, and the dwarf kingdom of Strongrock. The stories of the three nations will be told as follows:
Theandrea Lore
Meanwhile, the nation of Theandrea was about to come into existence, albeit under sad circumstances. The two nations of Northstrong and Jarnus existed peacefully, under the rule of the Nilarian family: King Silos, his wife, Queen Andrea, their two sons, Prince Alexander and Prince Samuel, and their only daughter, Lady Thea.
Queen Andrea sent Thea on a diplomatic mission to the Elven Kingdom of Parune. The purpose of her mission was to establish a trade treaty between the two kingdoms. Her mission was successful and she returned home.
When she arrived, she encountured a nightmare. Her mother, father and two brothers had been slain.
With this tragedy, Lady Thea knew it was time for a change. So she led her people, citizens of both Northstrong and Jarnus, to the mountain of the Gods, to form the nation of Theandrea. A nation that prospered above all others, a nation of equality and honor, where magic and non-magic alike lived in harmony

Coralus Lore
Servia Coralus was a warrior of a nomadic tribe in the great western deserts of Kithelois. From
a young age he known for his cunning and his skills as a natural leader. He was always loyal and just
with his peers and subordinates. After fighting long and hard against a tribe whose name was lost in its
defeat, Coralus' tribe decided to settle upon the battlefield. The tribe was at peace for many generations
until a nearby settlement raided their land and massacred many innocents within the tribe. In response,
Alus Coralus, a descendant of Servia, led his tribe's army to the doorstep of Thanasis. The Thanasians
came out to crush Coralus' tribe, but Alus, displaying extreme courage and decisiveness, maneuvered
his tribe's army and decimated the Thanasian horde. However, Alus was severely injured by an arrow
shot by an archer who was over-eager to kill a Thanasian, not knowing that Coralus' caravan was
actually from the same tribe. The archer was executed at the order of Coralus, who soon died while
overseeing the dismantling of a Thanasian temple. Vlassis Silas, Alus' second in command, took control
of the tribe and decided to assimilate the rest of the Thanasians into the tribe and decided to settle
permanently in Thanasis, which was soon renamed Coralus, after their beloved general.
After many years, there was much dissent and internal strife within Coralus. The Coralii had
been treating the former Thanasisans as inferior for many generations. An organized group of
Thanasians marched into the Forum and razed many buildings and looted the markets. The Coralii
Army came and put down the revolt, and all Thanasians were sold into slavery. The Thanasians were
eventually freed and treated as equals, but it would take many generations and a major power shift
within Coralus.
After 172 years the king of Coralus, Quintus Silas (King Silas V,) dies in his sleep, and his son
Sextus Silas, being only twelve, was very unpopular with the Coralus citizens. The citizenry rioted and
damaged parts of the city, including the Forum. Thero Nolicus, a Tribune officer of the Coralus
garrison Legions, marched to the Palace with his legion to escort the then-abdicated Silas to a new
estate outside the city. Since no replacement had been named, Nolicus ordered the legion to attack and
execute the abdicated King as he left the Palace, and then stormed the palace and proclaimed himself as
King. Nolicus, being an outstanding member of the Army and former Senator, was well received by
the citizenry as well as most of the military.
Nolicus immediately began reforming the military and government structure so that another
uprising such as his never happened again. The Army was restructured so that lower-level officers did
not have the power to bring entire units to bear for such an operation, and politically, Senate legislation
so that there would be a secondary heir to the throne, and that neither heir would be in the same place
as the current ruler. However, Nolicus would soon die of a mysterious disease, so his heir, Otera Fulitus
came to power.
Fulitus was very ambitious. He saw Coralus' potential to be not only a major military power, but
a superpower in the known world. Fulitus set his sights on conquering all of the bordering nations.
After some great oratorical work to convince the citizens to fight, one by one, each nation fell. Their
armies were miniscule in strength compared to the Coralii juggernaut. In just 9 years Coralus went
from being a respectable nation, to an empire ruling almost all of Kithelois.
However, there remained one threat looming ominously on the horizon. A nation of millions of
faceless slaves and drunkards. They possessed not only an army that could match Coralus, but one that
could obliterate the entire civilization of Coralus. All of them, faceless, fearless, heartless. And they
stood vigilantly waiting, watching for Coralus to make a mistake so they can unleash the floodgates of
fire and blood. When Coralus is not looking, they bring to bear their entire army and march towards
Coralus, burning and killing everything in its path. The Poiaus Sovereignty shows no mercy.
The Poiaus Sovereignty marched meeting almost no resistance, as the Coralii legions were
concentrated on the opposite end of the empire. Once the Legions arrived, it was too late. Coralus was
in ruins. The citizens scattered to all ends of the empire. Nevertheless, Otera Fulitus was determined to
not see his nation crumble to a pack of slaves and drunkards. He massed his army, large as it already
was, with even more men, many of them ordinary farmer of shop keepers just trying to defend their
homes.
After only fighting in brief skirmishes, Otera continued to withdraw, preferring to keep his men
alive enough to fight on his own terms. The rate at which the Coralii were falling back was too much
for the Sovereignty to keep up, so they decided to split their forces. Fulitus saw this and appeared to
split his forces and take a lighter force to fight the main Sovereignty force. Poiaus took the bait.
The Sovereignty's half-strength army decided to go after the weak prey. Otera set his troops up
on a large hill so that the Poiaus army would tire before reaching the top. When Otera's force finally
was overwhelmed they appeared to retreat down the hill into the forest. However, to the demise of the
Sovereignty, the rest of the the Coralii was safely hidden in the forest. The Coralii charged and all but
destroyed the Sovereignty force.
A few days later, the Sovereignty's remain half-strength army fell back to their borders. Fulitus
followed them all the way to their capital, and won yet another decisive victory.
Otera Fulitus returned to Coralus, still smoldering from the invasion. Most of the city did not
survive. The only remaining buildings were a temple to a god that both Coralus and the Poiaus
Sovereignty had in common, a portion of the palace, and a few housing complexes. Otera, feeling that
he failed his nation, abdicated and the next heir, Secundus Nolicus, took power.
This Nolicus knew the challenges his country faced. His number one priority was to rebuild
Coralus. However, he wanted it to stand out more than any other city in Kithelois. His plan was to
create the grandest, richest city possible, starting with the Forum. The New Forum would be centered
in front of the palace with a large gate to memorialize the sacrifices of the wars and it would be
surrounded by a large portico. Inside the Forum, would be seven temples, one for each god, a large
square with monuments, a bath house, and dozens of shops. Also, there would be a library built to
house works of literature, codes of law, and records of all kinds (The records and documents from the
Palace were rescued from the raid by the Sovereignty.) Additionally, there was planned for a large
sporting area, and new housing all throughout the city.
About 150 years later, there was a mage in one of the conquered provinces by the name of
Emilios Fotis. He worked tirelessly in the nearby Mage's College at Niktos. Niktos was a very
prosperous port city that always benefited from its location near the ancient Mage's College. Fotis was
working on projects to extend his lifespan. During an experiment, a test subject becomes an undead
creature without a mind or soul. But Bahmat, the god who oversaw the mortal world, saw this as
tampering with the natural order, and cursed humanity to be tormented by monsters such as this until a
time where they have atoned. Since then, monsters have roamed freely in the countrysides. Fotis was
declared an enemy of Coralus, but managed to escape all of his pursuers. The Senate, weary of other
incidents, concluded to prohibit all use and study of magic within Coralus.
But the province of Niktos was highly dependent upon magic for their very livelihoods. Niktos
petitioned for an exception from the Senate, but it was unanimously denied. Seeing little other recourse
they could take, the citizens of Niktos again petitioned the Senate, but this time in request to leave the
nation and form their own sovereignty. The Senate responded by sending a legion to the city and laying
siege to it. Seeing no further way to make peace, Niktos declares their independence and prepared to
repel the forthcoming Coralii onslaught. After a battle that lasted many days, Niktos was victorious
against the Coralii legions. Coralus withdrew, but did not recognize Niktos as a sovereign nation. The
citizens of Niktos declared their leader during the battle, Servius Numorius, as king.
The Emperor, Quartus Nolicus, declared an all out war to put down the insurrection and raised
an army of five legions. Nolicus decided to quickly sail his troops to try and catch them off guard at
their port. However, the Numorians predicted this, so they sent out the newly formed Royal Numorian
Navy out to intercept the ships. The Numorian combination of magic and fast moving ships proved to
be to much for the larger Coralii ships, and all was lost. Coralus once again, was defeated. After such a
defeat, the Senate and Quartus Nolicus finally recognized Numor as a separate city from Coralus. To
this day, Coralus still feels the effects of losing an entire army and its most important financial and
commercial province.
However in years since, Numor started to encroach more and more upon the Coralii lands. A
dispute between the border village of Pantelis erupted. Because it was outside the Eastern Border wall,
Numor thought to have it as their own, but it had allegiance to Coralus. Numor dispatched an infantry
company to garrison the town that they thought had their allegiance. Coralus decided to retaliate by
sending a legion reinforced with Phratra. The Phratra were Coralus' elite guard, the personal guards for
all three branches of government. All members are graduates of the University of Coralus and have at
least ten years of prior active service.
Coralus intended to teach Numor a lesson on not to encroach on Coralii territory. Coralus
reclaimed the town, but at a price. Once again, Numor had done major damage to the Coralii Army, and
this time, to their elite Phratra. If it was not for Luda Forela's suicide charge through the Numorian
Grenadiers, the entire Legion would have been turned back and Pantelis would be a Numorian village.
Numor Lore
After the Mage Decree, the decision by the Senate of the Empire of Coralus to ban all use and
study of magic, the province of Niktos declared itself an independent nation from Coralus and renamed
itself after its proclaimed king, Servius Numorius. Servius Numorius quickly drew up the Declaration
of Separation which called for independence from the Empire of Coralus and the founding of a new
nation dedicated to freedom. The Coralii responded in a predictable fashion by sending an army to
“reclaim their wavering provinces.” The Army of Coralus sieged Numor for many days until Numorius
was able to gather enough men to strike at the army outside their city. The Army of Coralus was
eventually defeated, but still did not recognize Numor as a sovereign nation.
Servius Numorius knew that Coralus would not give up on trying to reclaim Numor until they
had proven themselves, therefore, he ordered the construction of the Royal Numorian Navy in order
assure and Coralii attack by sea would fail. Numorius was proven correct seven years later when the
Coralii sent a fleet and an army of five legions to attack the city. The newly formed was able to sink all
of their ships because they were smaller and faster than the larger Coralii ships. Because of this victory,
Numor found itself in an opportune position to start expanding. They used their sea dominance to
expand to other lands befriended all inhabitants that accepted them, but massacred all that did not.
Twenty years later, Numor found itself in an impressive position. It had access to a massive
fleet, a highly skilled and disciplined army, and an overseas empire, but was still in the shadow of its
neighbor to the west, Coralus. Coralus had never truly given up their pursuit of reclaiming Numor. As
such, the newly formed Empire of Numor, decided to attack Coralus in order to prevent them from
becoming any further threat to their sovereignty. King Valgor I marched his armies west to gain a
buffer zone against Coralus. While initially successful, Valgor found himself in a long, protracted war
with Coralus over just a small bit of territory. The war was eventually ended by a peace agreement
between the two powers. Numor gained a buffer zone to the west and Coralus was economically
weakened by the war because of the amount of resources it had to put forth.
While in a weakened state, Coralus was not yet defeated. The then Emperor, Quintus Nolicus,
decided to gather three legions and seige the new Numorian Western Wall. Despite his personal
heroism and skill as a commander, Nolicus' forces were beaten back after not completeing any of the
objectives. Peace was quickly declared afterwards. Nolicus, however defeated, was still shown as a
war hero in Coralus despite the loss of troops and more economic resources. As a result, Numor
becomes the more dominant power in Kithelois, despite always looking westward at Coralus.
Numor stands to this day as a bastion of freedom, magical study, and commerce. All are treated
equally in Numor, no matter their race. They always stand vigilant for any signs of Coralus aggression
and is prepared to strike is necessary. While Numor is prepared for war, they prefer peace on the island
of Kithelois.
Theandrea's government is the way it is because of many a tale, but this one I am to tell is the most known. Many tell the tale to their children a little differently each time, but here is the real tale.
Theandrean Queen Sune DeAubany had ruled her kingdom with grace and justice for well nigh forty-three years before she had to go to war. The war was brought on by the kingdoms of Coralus and Numor marching to war against each other. Magic was still the same issue as many wars before it.
The battles raged very close to the borders of Theandrea. One of these battles crossed over into the theandrean territory wiping out one of the villages near it. The queen realizing what was happening swiftly called her commanders to assemble the army and march toward the two armies.
The Queen put on her battle armor and swiftly marched out of the her chamber heading toward the royal stables. As she approached the stables, one of her generals ran up telling her that her son had already marched off with the Order of the White Rose knights and some of the men who had assembled. She nodded with approval and mounted her horse Hurcas riding him off with the rest of the army. The army slowly marched toward Stormweaver, the mountain of wind. The army knew that the mountain before them was the cause of many lost people and deaths. The mountain was the converging point of all three armies. The queen was outraged that the other two kingdoms had dare to start battles on her land. Her force soon arrived at her sons' camp after nightfall expanding the armies' camp border to nearly
a mile in radius and then some. Sune quickly found the council tent and took charge. She had been preparing for this her whole reign. A clash of the kingdoms.
Sune quickly told the plans to her generals and advisors who nodded and approved the plan she laid before them. The meeting was soon done and they were off to bed. Morning came quickly to the troops of the queen who prepared on the ground laid before the armies. Battle ranks were drawn four deep. Archers were stationed above the main contingent of the army. Reserves had beeen pulled up to a decent distance away to be able to respond where they would be needed fast. The knights drew
up ranks near the queen and prince. Princess Rosamire was stationed in the command tent to make sure her mother's orders were carried out as she had them planned.
The other armies drew up their troops in their own formations. The wind seemed to almost dominate the land as the battle began. Archers on all sides let loose a volley only to have the arrows swept away by the wind. Coralus' legions closed the distance between them and Numor quickly and professionally. The two collided in a defeaning roar that sounded oddly like a blast of thunder.
The queen had her ranks stay still in case they had to become involved. It didn't take long for Numor and Coralus men to attack the Theandrean ranks out of confusion during the battle. The ranks held fast and steady with the prince in the first four ranks fighting. The fighting intensified as the ranks started to grow from all sides. More men rushing into the first ranks to fill the gaps made by dead comrades. It was at this moment the prince was fighting in the middle with some of his guards. More troops rushed toward him and the queens advisors and generals there with the prince fled behind the wall of spears. The prince fell slain by a spear. Braddack Udan was the only general who stayed to protect the princes body and fight along the men to recover the body. The queen upon seeing this from her spot on the battlefield flew into a rage. She ordered all of those advisors and generals put to death who fled from her son. She quickly sent soldiers to take care of them and dispatched orders to send the reserves in
and rout the other armies. The Theandrean army pushed forward while the cavarly hit the Numor flank from the left forcing them into a rout. Coralian troops began to rout also. Sune rushed into battle a little to soon and was slain by a random arrow. Rosamire was the only member of the royal family left. She quickly took command and finished the battle winning it decesively, but at a heavy cost.

Orcs
The first Itteration of the Orcs of Kragyar!
The Orcs of Kragyar are a Primitive and Violent group, not even deserving of the title of "Civilization" they live by a loose tribal system where leadership is decided by Strength and Strength Alone. They make many Raids and Incursions into mainland Kithelois but have yet to establish a solid foothold,
Orc Society:
When a new Orc is "Born" they wander, often staying near their birthing hole where they typically seek shelter. At this stage the young Orcling will either be found by a Larger band of already established Orcs and annexed into their Clan, or more rarely find other Orclings and Make its own Clan. If found by another Clan they are Beaten nearly to Death by the Clan's Leader to prove that he's "Da Boss". Alternatively they find other Orclings and prove that they are "Da Boss" to form their own Clan.
Life in an Orc Village or War Camp is run entirely by "Da Boss" or Chief or Orc, there are some cases when Orcs gather willingly into Bands under Religious leaders such as "Top Priest Blood- er" in which he gathered thousands of Orcs to follow him in his religious mission to find their Creators "Morg and Dorg" however there is no proof of any such "God Orcs".
An Orc Village has a population ranging from 5 Orcs to 500,000 Orcs, but there hasn't been a force of Orcs like that in Centuries. More subservient Orcs are found in Fields or working Mines to help fuel "Waaaghs". However the Orcs primary source of Food, Lumber Ores and in fact all resources needed to survive are either gathered from Raids or by Slave Labor; It is said that the best Warlords have hundreds if not Thousands of slaves at his service, their produce help him stay in command of his Horde as they provide much of the Food and tools needed for the Tribe.
The "Waaaghs":
Almost the Entirety of Orc life is revolved around "Waaaghs", a Waaagh is a Massive Raid of the Mainland where thousands if not millions die or are taken away into slavery, never to be seen again. It is every Orcs goal to fight in as many Waaaghs as possible before meeting its end, and if a Warlord isn't providing enough, he could find his head on a "Nog Pole" where severed heads ring the outer walls of the Orc Encampment.
Life Cycle:
Orcs reproduce sexually and asexually, upon death a burst of spores is released that quickly latch on either into the Soil or onto clothes to be spread elsewhere. This Main reason Orc hordes are so difficult to deal with, as even when the main "Waaagh" has been eliminated, a new generation of Orcs will grow to replace them.
Orcs mature rapidly growing safely underground in a plantlike cocoon that nourishes them until "Birth" which occurs when they grow too large for their home and burst free and dig to the surface. It is at this stage that the Orcs begin to show their aggressive tendencies, with their only desires to feed themselves and find shelter they kill anything that they see.
The mating ritual of the Orcs is intensely graphic, it begins with the Male ****** and then ******* the female into a position of ****** and ***** with a ******Bat*****, all in all this ritual will go on for several hours. Few Females survive... Therefore females are almost a rarity in Orc society and are treasured as extreme2 treasures.
Slave System & "Tuff Humies":
When a new slave is taken they have an estimated 2.4769% chance of surviving the beatings on their way back to Kragyar, the survivors are then forced to toil their lives away for the Clan. However there have been some cases, very rare, in that slaves are able to Kill an Orc working them in "Death Punchez" a almost ritualistic "Game" the Orcs play on their Slaves where the Orc challenges the slave to fight to the death, often with the Orc winning. In these cases they earn the Title "Tuff Humie" and are welcomed into the Clan as a almost Honorary Orc. These slaves are then able to choose a mate from the other slaves and able to live a life with the clan, it is usually by this point however the slave has been essentially brainwashed into thinking them self to be an Orc and do not try to escape, instead creating their own family to serve the Clan.
Roleplay
One of the keystones of the server is role play. While degrees of involvement of role play is up to each individual nation a standard is to be set. If a nation, building or player is out of place and counters intuitive to the server it can be and may be removed. As to what can be considered counter intuitive to the server's theme that should be fairly obvious. Bringing something modern into the world on purpose like computers, UFOs or televisions. Vaguely alluding to something modern is not punishable but make sure you're not breaking theme. Role-playing for each nation should be appropriate, role-playing as post antiquity nations will not be allowed for the moment, this will change eventually.

8. Build to complement the city! (No dirt shacks or plain wooden shacks).
9. NO hacking ie nodus xray, admins will know if you use these.
10. Terraforming must be sensible. (Don't denaturalize the world, it was custom made for you)
11. Try to trade with other settlements/ within your kingdom.
12. Try to obey the laws of physics (even if minecraft lets you disregard them).

Guidelines and Q/A
Guidelines
Use a fantasy skin or a skin to fit your role-play
Stick to the fantasy building style or style set for your kingdom.
Don’t use flags or symbols from the real world. Make up new fictitious ones.
Rules
Common sense is our main driving factor in the rules. If you are unsure whether something is against the rules, ask a team member. When a team members tells you to do something, or not to do something, don’t argue with them over it. Don’t tell team members what to do or how to punish people. Backseat Moderating is not appreciated. If you feel mistreated by any of the rules or team members take it to the forums. We run a server that is for all to play on. We ask you to keep bad language to a minimum, and we don’t want to see any fully erotic role-play.
No irresponsible, disturbing, disrespectful or offensive behavior on the server. This covers things such as trolling, name calling, griefing in certain cases or otherwise generally abusive behavior.
Griefing for the intent of griefing is not allowed. You may also harvest resources from the wilderness, but you are expected to be reasonable. A Team Member has the final call on whether a grief is actually a grief, or RP destruction. Killing animals is not considered griefing.
Be patient and friendly with team members. Team members spend their free time to help you and the server, and are often very busy. Disrespecting and wasting team members’ time is a bannable offence, and so is arguing with an admin over the rules. If you have a problem with the rules, take it to the forum.
Hacks exploits and otherwise abusing minecraft mechanics that do not work as intended is bannable, often resulting in a permban. If you see a player using hacks or cheats, do not post about it in global. Contact a team member as quickly as possible, and provide proof. Attacking people without proof may result in a mute or ban. If you manage to find an exploit on the server, you must report this to an admin. Do not use any out of game method to gain an in game advantage. This is a very broad phrase, but it can range from putting a weight on your mousebutton to afk farm, or bribe/threaten someone out of game to give you in game items.
Scamming players in any form/way/place/time is part of the role-play.
Advertising servers, website links or anything unrelated to Kithelois for personal gain or the gain of others is a bannable offence. Links to anything on the internet is not allowed in global chat, only admins may post links through broadcast.
Do not abuse any of the chat rooms. This means no spamming, using colors, or excessive caps lock or shift chat. Personal conversations are only meant to take place in private. Do not make excessive use of global.

Rules Questions & Answers
To clarify some of the rules, we decided to write some Q&A’s to expand information on certain rules and situations.
1. Help! An enemy killed me, took my things, and they griefed!
This is legal in the role-play with grounds that it is part of the role-play. If you did and they took your stuff outside the role-play, this is subject to punishments. Griefing is not allowed at all! Report it.
2. X player is breaking X rule! Why don’t the admins do something about it?
Because we as admins can only see what is being reported. Don’t expect us to magically know what is going on. We have to manage other players every day with just a couple of staff members on at any given point. Screen shot it for us to see.
3. I need something I made moved to another world / I want something copied
Admins will never use WorldEdit for your advantage. Sometimes Admins may choose to use WorldEdit or creative to help create role-play facilities, or enhance the role-play of a certain situation, but they will never lend their tools so you can boost your builds on the server.
4. Player X scammed me with a shop sign which was purposefully sabotaged to not state what it was actually selling and for how much.
Report this player so admins can post wanted signs or etc. this scam is not bannable because it is role-play, but it can create simple side quests.
8. I had an agreement with player X and broke this and he scammed me! Admin help!
Admins will only agree to help in certain situations, for certain scams.
Staff Rules
Server Staff Rules
1) Admins must follow each rule laid down for the server. Any admin regardless of rank are not exempt from any of the Server or Admin rules whatsoever except the owners in certain cases.
2) All admins must work together in upholding the server rules.
3) Whoever are the highest ranking admins on the server is the admin who is in charge and responsible for what goes on in the server.
4) The highest ranking admins is the only one who is allowed to kick or discipline any people breaking the Server Rules. The highest ranked admin can ask another admin to do this job for them.
5) Never ignore any admin or players if they ask you a question. Always answer them polity and to the best of your knowledge.
6) If the admin wishes to change something that is happening. List it for all admins to see and in a short document.
7) No admin is allowed to change anything on the map outside their cities for their own personal reasons or by their free will unless he/she can explain why and get everyone’s approval except Romnas, Ab0m1nat1on, Landor and Sheerawesomeness.
8) Admins are not allowed to abuse the admin options for the server, e.g. excessive slapping, or change any of the server settings.
9) If someone is breaking the server rules, two verbal warnings are given before any kicking can take place.
10) No admin shall kick/ban any other admin from the server, even if they are just ‘joking’ around.
11) Any persistent problems between admins or if any admins are abusing admin powers, it must be reported to the Chief of Staff at once, who will deal with the matter and give out any punishment if required. If the problem cannot be resolved or is to do with the Chief of Staff, then it gets reported to either of the owners who will deal with the matter.
12) Respect people and the decisions they make.
13) If you don't get on the server, decide to play other games while you are needed on the server, you will receive a penalty. If this penalty reaches 2/3 you will be kicked off staff. School, college is acceptable but if you do not have the time to help, don't be staff. I find that people get bored I know, but if you don't make time for something such as staff, then there's no point in being staff.
14) No abusing your power. You can be banned.
15) Respect the CHAIN of COMMAND!
16) Don't use world edit to make your house... SURVIVE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
17) If something major happens CONTACT someone from the staff!
18) Just because you are an admin or staff member, do not use HACKS
19) MAKE SURE TO HAVE FUN and make the server enjoyable for all.

A few years ago Rupert awoke on the bed of an inn room with only the memory of his name and what he discovered in his pockets. Not knowing any craft he took to thieving and smuggling to survive. During Rupert's time as a thief he worked with two others (a brother and sister) who he became very close to. They slowly became the only ones he trusted; as he met many backstabbers in his line of work. After many successful jobs he and his partners became renown amongst those of the underground. For over a year he lived this way; honing his skills with each job he took. Then rather recently he found himself doing a typical job. He was asked to steal a rare stone that a low ranking Baron had recently acquired. Everything was going as he had planned but things took a turn for the worst as he found the Barons guards just a little too alert to his presence. The person who hired him, he later discovered, was a servant of the region's Duchess. She had heard tales of great thefts within her rule and relentlessly worked to capture the one responsible. After conceiting to an overwhelming force, he was taken deep into the dungeons to await his certain death. Two nights had past and he began to think his partners had left him behind; for the next day would bring his execution. But that night his two friends arrived at his cell door. They unlocked the cell using the keys from a knockout guard and the group of them fled the keep. In the following days they remained alert and concealed; the Duchess had decreed a bounty for their heads. Once they escaped from the Duchess' lands the brother and sister decided to part ways from Rupert leaving him to roam the regions alone.
For a short time he survived on petty thefts within small towns; then one morning he stumbled upon a quaint, but not so peaceful village. This was due to a heist of the village stores performed just the past night. Rupert starving and desperate for food, offered to find the thieves. He began scouring the wilderness for signs of the thieves. Just after midday he heard joyous voices. He cautiously approached the area and found his prey; three men encamped in a concealed hollow. He decided to wait until night to attack. When night arrived he unsheathed his blade and snuck into their camp. He knew he had to be quick. By the looks of the men he gathered that none of them trusted their partners, and were bound to be warily sleeping. He lunged at the watch, placing his hand over the man’s mouth and thrusting his sword into his back making sure he hit the man’s heart. Within seconds his body went limp, but he could see the other two stirring. He leaped to the closest one before he could rise and slit his neck. He rose up from his second victim and found the last man standing with sword in hand. Rupert cursed he did not have the energy for a long fight. The man began to run at him, but Rupert quickly recognized it as the run of a man who had too much to drink. He easily sidestepped and followed with a disarming maneuver. The man turned to face Rupert the realization that he was defenseless beginning to show. As Rupert stared at the man face he saw a trace of pleading enter the man’s eyes. But Rupert did not have the energy or patience to deal with the man, so he struck him down with a quick slash to his throat. Even before the man’s body hit the ground Rupert started towards the stock of food and began to devour the loaves of bread in front of him; blood still dripping from his hands.
The next morning Rupert stashed a portion of the goods and then covered the cave’s entrance. He returned to the village and led the people to the bandit’s camp. They were so grateful for his help they offered him a place in the village but Rupert could not accept. Since he woke a shadow had been eating away at his conscious. He regretted killing the man even if he was defenseless. He knows most would say the man had it coming taking what wasn’t his, but Rupert felt a twinge of sadness towards him knowing a few years ago that could have been him at blades end. After leaving the village Rupert wandered the wilderness using up the supplies that he had stashed away. Not until he realized that he was almost out of food did he finally decide his next course. He did not like the man he had become so on that day he chose to discover the man he was before. To look into his past and try to find some past connection he had in the world.
