Have you tried running Minecraft 1.7.10 unmodded. Then re-try installing it.
I've tried that. No luck. I'm also wondering if players playing over LAN need the same mods installed to play together.If not, does it have to be same profile?
I'm trying to install the Minecraft Forge 1.7.10 client for my brother, but it doesn't fully install. It gets almost completed, but the says that it couldn't install some files and to try again. I tried four more times after, no luck. I want to get some mods that I have(More Mobs Mod, SecurityCraft, Damage Indicators(not working correctly), and Dragon Mounts) so he can join me in it. Please someone help!
I'm new to the forums and I have recently gathered a plan to eliminate Entity 303 from gaining control of my world:
I have the Dragon Mounts mod and am hatching it. The dragon that's hatching is a Baby Water Dragon. I'll tame it when it gets to a adult dragon, and ride fast enough that Entity 303 can't hit me with TNT. Then, using the SecurityCraft Mod, I'll build a Safe House with a Dragon Shed for my tamed dragon.
Entity 303 can't break into this house(but can if he sets himself, or itself, to be an OP)! What do you think of this plan? This is a basic plan. More advanced plans will come in the future(not when there's flying cars, teleporters, holograms, etc.).
btw, I'm not trying to start a war. I'm just showing that we can conjure plans to help protect our worlds/servers.
