as Ive stated, the servers do not have client ip's? therefore they are a part of a server, in regards to mojang's definition of a server. They are also linked as I have stated, and you've agreed its not accepted. Im quite aware they have multiple servers, might want to brush up the definition of a server in the EULA. proxies, or minigames, don't make a difference, if the player can connect to it via in game, then it qualify's as a server.
as Ive explained restricting gameplay elements from regular players is not allowed, you are literally not making any sense any more, even Marc from mojang is looking into it and says its not allowed
the minigames are proxies, the guidelines state you are not allowed to restrict specific gameplay elements from a regular player, private servers are allowed, however shotbow uses proxies, which in mojang's eyes is a server, and allowing premium only game modes using proxies in not okay. They can however use a premnium only server hub, but they don't do that.
Your not understanding something, the game-modes are not ****ing individual servers, they are proxies.
doesn't that defeat the purpose of the EULA, therefore restricting gameplay elements, please do us all a favour and go read the EULA. As the other players on this forum, who are not bias have made it clear that the actions taken by the server does indeed violate the EULA, therefore End of story.

The user is on a different server when they leave one and manually join another (in the multiplayer screen). Virtual servers and proxies make no difference; to the client it’s the same server'.
I am currently investigating the Shotbow network: I was wondering if servers are allowed to have minigames/proxies on my server hub open to premium players only, therefore restricting regular players from accessing without purchasing.These minigames have the premium rank/perks transferred across servers. Similarly are they allowed to have private versions of a minigame, which has all classes unlocked, while regular players cannot access this private server?

I'm not sure what I was banned for, so I cannot comment on whether or not I am guilty of whatever reason the ban was for. This is more to find out why exactly I was banned than a plea to be unbanned, but as far as I am aware I have done nothing wrong on Killion, nor any other Evolution gaming server. Any other information: Tried to log on for the first time in a week (maybe more), discovered this:
Other than that, just one request. I wouldn't mind a PM explaining the exact reason I was banned from Killion. I'm not going to fight whatever it is but I would like to know why, as opposed to being kept in the dark.
