Hm well i cleared and force updated my minecraft and just installed Modloader, Modloader Mp and player API then spell books and i still have the texture bugs :/
I found the crash problem related to Flora/Soma. It's the clouds! Go into the FloraSomaSpawn config file in the mDiyo folder and turn them off.
Be careful what else you disable, though. I de-activated saguaros and then Minecraft wouldn't even get to the splash screen.
The height limit for world generation is still 128 (maybe bugged), that's why it crashes.
I tried to put the cloud height from 192 to 128 and works fine now.

I've got the same error, I removed the "Flora & Soma" and "InfiCooking" (Flora & Soma required) and now works.
I think Flora & Soma is bugged with something in world generation or some mods that modify the world generation.
